Pros: very nice host with lots of valuable infos provided by whatsapp. Easy access with personal code, spacious apartment right on the beachfront, lots of restaurants nearby. TV, washing machine, dryer, fridge, AC, just everything available in the apartment. I was there on business for 2 nights and did not stay a lot of time in the apartment but it is a much better choice than any business hotels nearby. Expect no luxury apartment but a nice and proper fitting well worth the price.
Cons: for taller persons the bed is a bit short but that is really it :))

Lovely apartment in a prime location: a great way to enjoy Larnaca
Pros: Lovely apartment - great location overlooking Finikoudes beach; clean, comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The building and apartment are very good in terms of accessibility, with an elevator to all floors and a step-in shower for guests who might have limited mobility - something that was essential for us, and which we greatly appreciated. The team - Alex, Maria and Theadora - were incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and went out of their way to assist us. If you book a stay at this apartment, you won't be disappointed!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike -but potential guests should bear in mind that, given the location right on Finikoudes seafront, there may be some loud music and the noise of revelry from outside in the evenings, which sometimes runs into the early hours (our stay coincided with an annual festival of live music and culture along the beachfront, so it got quite loud). Even so, the apartment is double glazed and has decent soundproofing, and came with some complimentary foam earplugs to help us get a good night's sleep, even if we chose to turn in early!

Fabulous location, great views, comfy apartment - had a lovely 3 day stay.
Pros: Wonderful location overlooking Larnaca seafront. 2 balconies - including one from the bedroom, so could sit in bed with early morning coffee and enjoy the view. Appreciated having cooking facilities and a fridge etc. Excellent communication with the owner.

Pros: Location was perfect, it has 2 balconies, so you can enjoy sun and shade.
Cons: The only minor things we missed were a wine opener and a larger drier for towels and clothes.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé pour découvrir et profiter de Larnaca
Pros: Cet appartement est super bien situé, sur le front de mer de Finikoudes, proche de tout à pied, que ce soit la mer et les restos du front de mer mais aussi le centre ville de Larnaca avec les tavernes et bars des petites rues adjacentes. 2 balcons vue mer dont celui de la chambre, ensoleillé et pleine vue mer. L’hôte, Alex, nous a contacté en cours de séjour pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien et a été au delà de tout ce qu’on peut espérer pour nous aider dans les recherches que nous menions à Chypre.

Pros: Lokalizacja przy głównej promenadzie . Super widok z balkonu . Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko do przyrządzania posiłków. Mieszkanie czyste . Dla 2-3 osób. Przed mieszkaniem dużo fajnych knajpek .
Cons: Hałas z ulicy i głośna muzyka do rana . Stopery na wyposażeniu . Trzeba poprosić o drugi komplet kluczy bo jeżeli część gości wychodzi z mieszkania to wyłącza się prąd . Nasza córka została na chwilę w mieszkaniu sama i zostawiliśmy jej klucze aby miała internet i nie mogliśmy wejść z powrotem do bloku.Musiała po nas zejść Trzeba mieć przy sobie klucze . Wejście najszybsze pod drzwi do bloku przez McDonalda bo można obejść budynek ale trochę daleko i strasznie .

Pros: Świetny pobyt w Alex Beach Apartament 203! Doskonała lokalizacja tuż przy plaży i promenadzie Finikoudes, blisko restauracji i sklepów. Apartament bardzo czysty, komfortowy i dobrze wyposażony, z pięknym widokiem na morze. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bezproblemowa i szybka. Zdecydowanie polecam – idealne miejsce na udany wypoczynek.

חופשה רגועה לשנות אוירה לא רחוק מידי מהארץ ובהחלט עונה על הציפיות..
Pros: המארח היה מאוד אדיב ונחמד, הדירה גדולה ומרווחת במיקום מרכזי, הנוף ממש על הים והמרפסת שמש נותנת תחושה שנמצאים על החוף ובמקביל יש מרפסת מוצלת סגורה יותר, אנחנו דתיים אז הכנו הכל במטבח והכל היה ממש מאובזר, 8 דקות הליכה מבית חב\

Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Már másodszor voltunk Ciprus
Pros: Közel volt a part, a kilátás nyönyörű a tengerre, a szállás tágas, jól felszerelt. Minden megvolt amire szükségünk volt. Mosógép volt a szálláson. Két erkély. Üzletek, éttermek végig a sétányon. A part tiszta, rengeteg napágy, napernyő.
Cons: Nem tetszett, hogy a 11 nap alatt nem volt takarítás (ami nem volt nagy gond), ágynemű és törölköző csere sem. Mosógép ugyan volt, de abban csak a ruhákat lehetett mosni (amire fel is híták a figyelmünket külön is) a törölközőket nem, amire szükség lett volna hiszen fejenként 1 nagy és 1 kisebb törölközőt kaptunk törölközni a partra amit le lehetett vinni abból fejenként csak egyet-egyet. Ez számomra elég furcsa volt. Sok helyen voltunk már a világon és általában apartmanban szállunk meg, de ilyet még nem tapasztaltunk hogy ne takarítsanak. Általában máshol 2-3 naponta volt takarítás és törölköző és ágynemű csere.
