Krasas Beach

Highly recommended!

Pros: View from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, we stayed there a week with a toddler and it was a perfect choice. It had all we needed-the kitchen, high chair and baby bed, even a little bath. The host, Natalie, is very attentive and caring. Thank you!

Perfect stay direct on the beach

Pros: Direct on the beach, great view from balcony. Kitchen equipment was inside, cofffee machine also. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants

Great location with stunning sea views

Pros: The view over the beach and the sea is absolutely amazing — truly one of the highlights of this property. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is centrally located on the beach promenade, which makes it perfect for walks along the seafront, and there are many restaurants and cafés nearby, all within easy walking distance. The host was very punctual and kind. We were allowed to check in earlier than the official time, which we really appreciated. Communication was smooth, friendly, and full of useful information before and during our stay.

Cons: Hot water is available only by manually switching on the water heater, as explained in the instructions sent by the host. This can be a bit inconvenient, as you always need to plan ahead. In the evening, after a long day out, we sometimes encountered cold water, and the lack of central heating (the apartment is heated only via air conditioning) may also be uncomfortable for some guests. Another point worth mentioning is the damage deposit. While it is clearly stated in the property policies, after completing the reservation and payment on Booking, an additional €100 deposit must be sent separately to the host via Revolut and is refunded up to 7 days after check-out. Overall, a very nice stay thanks to the location, cleanliness, and helpful host — just a few details future guests should be aware of in advance.

Great apartment and location. I recommend it.

Pros: Great apartment on the 5th floor with a sea view. A spacious balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is spacious, very clean, has quite comfortable beds, and is incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Great communication with the host. On-site parking is available. It's close to everything—the beach, promenade, shops, restaurants, and the city center. It's a bit noisy, but that's the charm of living in such a touristy area. I recommend this place, and next time I'm in Larnaca, I'll rent this apartment again.

Pros: The apartment was clean and all we needed and with sea view. The location was excellent

Cons: The bed is a little creaky, but the rest was really good.

Pros: Great central location, nice balcony with sea view. Private parking and self check-in in late hour were big plus.

Cons: Little noisy, especially on weekends since there is live music from bar on the promenade

Pros: Apartment was very clean and well furnished, well equipped for self catering. Loved extras such as toiletries, toilot rolls, washing liquid and fabric softener etc Good location

Cons: Lack of any sound proofing extremely noisy at night especially weekends when constant noise until 5.30am hardly any sleep due to people outside laughing and shouting some double or secondary glazing would help

Overall, everything was great!

Pros: I recommend this location! the host is very kind. We were a family with a two-and-a-half-year-old child, and the host prepared a crib for the little one, as well as a potty. In the hallway of the building there is a small library where you can take or leave books, and there are beach toys for children. The location is exceptional — you step out of the building, cross the street, and you’re on the beach. In the area you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and a playground for kids. Right next to the accommodation there is also a station where you can book a taxi if you have an early-morning flight. We were very pleased and we will definitely come back.

Cons: Maybe the only thing was that we didn’t know in advance whether we could check in earlier than 2 PM. We arrived in Larnaca at 9 in the morning with a small child who needed a midday nap, so we had to wait until the room was ready. But this happens at most hotels anyway, and the host still gave us the room 1–2 hours earlier :)

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent, I was in the centre of all of the tourist attractions which made my stay special. The check in was so smooth thanks to the owner (Natalie). I was a walking distance from the beach and the view from my apartment was beautiful. Special thank you to Natalie for making my stay special, she communicated the instructions to me on time and she was always responsive and helpful with anything that I needed. I am definitely hoping to come back again next year :).

Everything was wonderful, i fully enjoyed my staying.

Pros: Apartment is centrally located, and across the beautiful beach, it is spacious, clean, very nice decorated, amazing view to the sea and town from balcony, very comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, all necessary toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Everything was wonderful, i enjoyed my staying at Krasas Beach.
