Krasas Beach Apartments

Pros: The property is perfectly located and equipped. Just the furniture and everything in the apartment is mainly old. We really did not mind. It was very clean and spacious.

Squeky clean and a great view!

Pros: The place has a perfect location and an amazing view to the sea! The host was very helpful regarding accomodation, the way to reach the parking and all of the questions that we had. The place was squeaky clean! We would totaly stay there again if we visit Larnaka. : )

Pros: It has a bathtub, a couch ,satellite tv , washing machine you feel like home !

Cons: The apartment is on the Finikoudes Beach side so do not expect to hear nothing in the night … very loud all night in weekend outside up to 4 o’clock in the night. If you need silence book one apartment with city view. The bed was good for my wife but not so good for me !

Pros: Good apartment for a holiday in Larnaca! The view from the window is amazing — you can see the sea and the promenade. Big thanks to the hosts: they had the place ready earlier than the check-in time, were very friendly, and quickly sorted out the internet.

Very central, good value for money, well equipped house

Pros: Locations couldn't get better. Right in the center and right on the beach. Very nice host Very functional apartment and super for long stays as well Good kitchen

A cosy apartment right at the centre at a good price!

Pros: The property is right in the middle of the busiest part of Larnaca. While I am not sure I'd enjoy this during peak time, it was super good in December. Right on the beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from was great. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, kitchen equipment. You could cook a meal if you wanted and after a shopping trip, have a nice breakfast right there before hitting the road.

Cons: The apartment was clearly not build or furnished yesterday but fully functional and well equipped. Given the amenities and the price though, it was fine for me. Wifi was expected but was not working and could not be fixed during my 1.5 day stay. I had my phone with enough gigas to burn (and I did not need much) so no issues here. Someone on Netflix a lot or without a mobile connection may have been a bit disappointed but I am sure this situation was the exception.

Good choice for families

Pros: Great location, the parking was next to the building, we got baby staff that was very util during our stay, the owner was very helpful

It’s a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Larnaca.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, with a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. The apartment is spacious, family‑friendly, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. It’s close to almost all of Larnaca’s main attractions — cafes, bars, the shopping street, old town, Lazarus Church, and the coastline. Getting here from the airport is simple too, just take the bus.

Cons: Some of the kitchen accessories, such as the kettle, could be updated.

Highly recommended, value for money
