Spiros Luxury Apartments

Pros: Excellent accommodation, spacious, new, extremely clean, just a two-minute walk from the city center. Excellent communication with a friendly host. The owner of the apartment bought a blender at our request. I sincerely recommend this accommodation.

Pros: First thing, the host. Lefteris is the best host ever. Really quick to react and provide you with anything to make your stay even better. Apartments are positioned in a way that you are close to the centre but far away from the noise. Facilities are as expected and we couldn't ask for more. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Clean and approachable booking agent, great location but only for someone that wants to eat out for every meal.

Pros: Property was in walking distance to supermarkets, laundrette at the end of the drive and walking distance to main strip. But wasn’t too close that you heard any noise from it. Property was clean The hot water stopped working and we messaged the agent and they sent someone within 10 mins and it was resolved. In a one week stay we had a change of towel 2/3 times which was nice Nice smooth driveway to enter and only 2 very small steps to get into apartment with cases which made life much easier.

Cons: Loud gas compressor which was attached to the barbers over through the back gate to us. It did prevent us having a lie in. This was fed back to booking agent and is something that are in discussion with the owner about. Very basic amenities- minimal knives and forks. No salt and pepper. No ice tray. No microwave- instead a toastie maker? No sofa, bar stools and table so no where to relax comfortably on apart from the bed. Room is dark in evening, more lighting needed either around bed sides or under cupboard lighting or even brighter bulb. No bedding changes in one week stay. Wardrobe and kitchen cupboards super high to reach hangers and I’m 6ft and my partner 6”1- this was fed back to booking agent. Blanket needed in October as was chilly at night- only had thin top sheet.

Very good accomodation

Pros: My husband and I stayed at Spiros for 7 nights and we were very pleased with this accommodation. The room and bathroom were very clean, the furniture was of high quality. There was a kitchenette with sufficient facilities for a holiday. The room we stayed in had a comfortable terrace. The location is excellent, in a quiet and safe area, about 5 minutes walk from the central area of ​​Ayia Napa. Communication with Lefteris was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Super appartments for vacation

Pros: Fresh renovation, very nice and clean. Location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host is very helpful, replies very fast in any cases. Changing towels regularly (once in few days). 10/10 for sure!

Cons: Some amenities like toilet paper or soap need to be bought, it's provided once only at check in

Perfect stay, clean, confortable, good location.

Pros: Excellent location, big enough for 9 people, supermarket, bars, downtown, restaurants few minutes walk. Beach is also close, 15 minutes walking. You can find in the apartment everything you need in a kitchen, washing machine, airconditions. All perfect. Clean, confortable. 3 bathrooms. We would come back and recommend for everyone.

Pros: Everything was great. We had all that we needed. The location is perfect and Lefteris always on disposal for help and very quick respond. :)

Cons: One of the cooking hobs wasn't working properly, so cooking was slower than usual.

Perfect for a short stay if you want a central location.

Pros: The main highlight of this apartment is its fantastic location, just a few minutes away from all the main attractions. The host was excellent—when we asked for a new frying pan and a knife sharpener, he provided them right away.

Cons: The room was very small, with just one small wardrobe. There was no coffee machine, and the kitchen lacked basic essentials such as salt and pepper. I’m sure the host would have provided them if asked, but these should really be available by default. The main shower wasn’t working, so we had to use the smaller handheld one, which also had quite low pressure.
