Wonderful Apartment in the Heart of Ayia Napa
Pros: The location is excellent: it is close to the bus stop, supermarkets, and the entire city center. I truly appreciated the atmosphere of tranquility, spotless cleanliness, and order. The room was cozy and perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a pleasant, partial sea view. Pieris is the perfect host! He was always ready to help and answer any questions. Pieris's original photographs, which tastefully decorate the apartment, deserve special mention. They add a unique, harmonious atmosphere to the interior

Would definitely stay there again! Loved it.
Pros: The room was as in the photos, and had everything, and I mean everything( hair dryer, clothes iron, 3 plug adapters, hdmi cable so you could connect your laptop to the TV, air conditioner, microwave etc ). The water pressure was amazing. The location is great, 1 min walk from the Square. It was quiet. The rooftop terrace was nice.You have a store next to it with everything you need open until late.
Cons: The cleaning in the building was done around 8-9 in the morning, sometimes it wake me up, but I'm not a heavy sleeper.

Excellent!
Pros: We such a grate time! The studio was located at the 2nd floor, spacious and well equipped, very clean. Only 2 streets away to the center of Ayia Napa but in a quite area. The nearast beach is a 15-20 min away but that was perfect for us because we didn’t wanted to stay in the noisy center. Close to the bus station. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The owner was very helpful and fast responding to any questions we had.

Cons: -Nothing we did'nt like.....maybe shower can be enclosed not to finish with a lot of water in the room (if I HAVE TO find something I didn't like)

Pros: Our stay in Ayia Napa through Booking.com was absolutely perfect. The apartment owner, Mr. Pieris, showed exceptional kindness and hospitality. Everything was flawless – from the service to his guidance about local attractions and places worth visiting. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommended to anyone planning a stay in Ayia Napa!

Pros: The host was very hospitable and kind, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, right in the city center and close to the beach. Everything you need is nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, etc.

I had an excellent stay—the property is new, perfectly located, and the host was incredibly nice and responsive
Pros: The property is really new, and my apartment even has a sea view from the window! It’s just a 1-minute walk to a supermarket and also a 1-minute walk to a very good restaurant called Hungry Horse, where I had slow-cooked lamb—it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with buses to Portaras, Nissi Beach, or the Larnaca Airport shuttle. The host was super nice and friendly, and they let me leave my luggage in the building, which even has a shower room inside. The host and staff were also very nice and responsive.
Cons: There was a group of young guys staying next to me, and sometimes they were a bit loud. I could also smell marijuana when walking in because of the guests next door. In addition, the refrigerator made a very loud noise in the middle of the night—I’m not sure what caused it.

Pros: Host was amazing, always willing to help. The location was great, in the heart of Ayia Napa, there are two supermarkets next to the apartment and a gym two minutes away.

Pros: Very nice apartment with enough room for 6 of us, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Shop opposite the flat too which was very useful.
Cons: The balcony was slightly narrow but was still able to sit out there.
