Great place and great host
Pros: We had everything that we needed, the host was lovely, great hospitality. We will definitely come back, when we go to Aiya napa. The apartment and the terrace on the second floor with the view was really amazing. Everything was clean.

Pros: Very nice place! The building is beautiful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner is a super friendly and helpful lady — really kind and accommodating. It’s a bit far from the beach, but very close to the center, which was convenient. I would definitely stay here again — I really loved it!

Clean and quiet
Pros: For us, the most top thing we wanted to see was: clean private bathroom, owerall clean place because im a bit alergic to dust, and personal small kitchen. And we got it all, super clean! Staff lady was understandable. We didnt have frying pan, next morning the lady gave it to us :)
Cons: Power plugs are not Eu, but all shops around have them for 1.5€ The appartment inside is maby a bit from 2010s, but it was clean so no problem with it. Other appartment rooms maby have something else we dont know.

Pros: The owner was very nice, kind and welcoming! She let us in the room a lot earlier than the check in time since we came in the morning. The apartment was so clean, the trash was changed every 2 days, and the sheets and towels were also changed in the middle of our stay. Our room was very large and comfortable. The location is amazing! 15 to 20 minutes to the beach and 7 minutes to the square. We loved it!

Very clean apartment with good value for the money owned by kind owners.
Pros: Very clean and spacious apartment in a peaceful part of Ayia Napa. Parking was available always even if we came later during the night. There are several markets that are in the vicinity of the apartments which is a big plus. Some of them have higher prices but that’s the trade-off. The apartments are located so well, near the highway that you can explore a Southeastern, most beautiful, part of the island. The towels were changed during our stay and we got the fresh and clean ones. The kitchen is well equipped, with decently big fridge, so you are able to prepare food easily. The lady owner was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for short/longer stay and come back here!

Pros: We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Communication via chat was smooth and easy. The place is clean, cozy, and welcoming. We stayed as a couple in room number 3, which was absolutely perfect. In mid-September, we didn’t need the air conditioning at all. Great location – only a 10-minute walk to the city center. At night, it was completely quiet even with the window open. If we come back to Ayia Napa, we will definitely stay here again. We also had the chance to meet part of the family – hardworking and very friendly people.

Pros: Apartemnts are new, very clean, and the hosts are perfect. Location is great, 5 minute walk to city centre, 15minutes to the beach
Cons: AC is 7€ per day and can be payed only by cash
