Villa Joia

Clean accommodation, lovely pool area and great location in Ayia Thekla.

Pros: Super fast and helpful communication with the host. Location was excellent, less than 2 minutes walk to the supermarket (which had everything you need) and Zafiri restaurant next to the restaurant. A few minutes walk to Ayia Thekla Beach (which I recommend!). Very clean. Impressive accommodation with plenty of space inside to sit and relax. Felt so peaceful to sit outside by the pool, which provided a welcome respite from the Summer heat. Enjoyed having breakfast by the pool area! Host allowed me to check out late as there was no one checking in that day. Easy check in with keys in lockbox.

Cons: GPS location not 100% accurate, but if you have the number of the street, then it’s easy to find.

Enjoyable holiday and lovely area

Pros: Really nice villa. Local supermarket and lovely beach nearby with nice restaurants

Great villa, met all our expectations

Pros: The Villa was perfect for our stay. The villa was fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The host was very accommodating and even helped us with late checkout. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

Pros: Very polite and helpful owner, big house with nice outdoor area, close to the beach, supermarket, coffee bar and tavern! There is bus station to Agia Napa as well.

Cons: Just water pressure in the bath🙃

Ii multumim mult!

Great stay near Ayia Napa

Pros: The villa is very spacious, in a calm neighborhood and located less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. Every room was very clean when we arrived, the swimming pool is very enjoyable during the summer.

Cons: The villa is approximately 10 minutes driving to the city center of Ayia Napa, and there are not many restaurants, bars and supermarkets accessible by walking around.
