Villa Calm 100m from the beach

Spacious, well-equipped house in a quiet area, just minutes from the beach and supermarket.

Pros: We had a wonderful family holiday at this house. The location is quiet, very family-friendly, and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There's also a supermarket right nearby, which was very convenient. In the evenings, it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The house was well-equipped and even more spacious than we needed. We also enjoyed a barbecue one evening. The hosts were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Cons: Be careful on the stairs – they can be quite slippery.

Good size villa with good facilities

Pros: Great size villa with three big bed rooms and one en-suite. God facilities in the kitchen and close to supermarket and beach. Aircon in every room

Pros: We stayed here with 3 adults and 3 children and everything we needed was provided – the apartment was comfortable and convenient. There are two beautiful beaches just a few minutes’ walk away, which became our favorites around Ayia Napa, and a supermarket right nearby open every day. Martinos was very supportive and helped us with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable vacation

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Calm. The house is very well equipped and truly felt like home. It is located in a peaceful area of Ayia Thekla, with a supermarket just 100 meters away. A beautiful, small bay with crystal clear water was only a 5-minute walk from the villa, and it felt like our own private piece of paradise. The bus stop was also nearby, which made it easy to explore Ayia Napa and its beaches. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We would gladly come back and highly recommend Villa Calm to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning, just a couple of very minor details that didn’t affect our stay at all.

Pros: spacious and well equipped villa close to beautiful beach of Aya Thekla and some nice restaurants as well as supermarket; Aya Napa beaches are also short ride away; Staff was responsive and provided us all information we needed including lots of recommendations; overall great stay

Просто великолепный отдых в классном оборудованом месте!

Pros: Хорошо подготовленная и оборудованная вилла. Выбирали без бассейна для безопасности - тк маленькие дети. Взяли с собой маленький резиновый было больше чем достаточно) Многое новенькое, приобретенное специально для этого сезона - полотенца, гриль, кастрюльки и сковородки, удобные кресла, гамаки и зонт, мы брали с собой на все пляжи- экономия на лежаках! Отличная посудомойка и стиралка, переходники , капсулы для стирки, все, что нужно хозяин продумал. Очень быстро отвечал! Спасибо за приветственный подарок, Мартинос!) Классное расположение, со второго этажа вид на море, красивый пляж в минуте ходьбы, плавать с ребенком ходили минут 5, на пляж с кафе и детской площадкой. На Айя фекла люди приезжают даже из Ларнаки! Магазин классный в метрах 100!

Cons: Все понравилось, можно еще добавить в экипировку соль )
