Great villa with nice swimming pool and very close to the beach.
Pros: Very nice and big villa in a quiet area. The proximity of the beach and the pool makes it a great stay for with the kids. Everything was also taken care of by the host. The welcome package makes it also very easy for the first breakfast.

The host was really welcoming and we felt like home in the villa.
Pros: The location was amazing. The kids loved the pool and we really felt like home. The rooms, the kitchen and every little detail was great. Finally the host was so welcoming and helpful.

Gorgeous Villa, we will return
Pros: The villa is lovely, fab location overlooking beach / sea lovely pool, clean Nice clean bedding, lots of storage for clothes, new bathrooms etc arrived to some food and milk in the fridge, lovely touch
Cons: There were a few cracked tiles around the pool and slightly dirty, but not that bad we had to let anyone know other than that it was a lovely villa we would definitely go back

perfect villa for 3 generations to have a holiday with lots of room for everyone
Pros: a few welcome items such as milk, bread, jam etc were very useful until we did a shop. Nothing to complain about and highly recommend this villa, rooms spacious, clean, in good condition, towels supplied were of high quality, beds very comfortable, air con easy to work and the beach as you leave the villa is an 8 minute walk to the left.

10 day family holiday at villa suncity
Pros: Lovely view! plenty of room for a family. Good Air-conditioning! Great spacious villa! Plenty of pressure in the Bathrooms compared to a few previous villas I've stayed in the area. Pool was kept clean. Owners easily contacted, we managed to add 3 extra days very late notice! Would recommend & stay again!
Cons: Could do with a little more shade. Parasols were broken during our stay

Pros: Am avut un pachet de welcome in frigider constând in gem, unt, oua, lapte, bere si o sticla de 10 L de apa - acest lucru a fost foarte apreciat de întreg grupul. Piscina a fost un plus pentru nou fiind cu copii. La fiecare 2 zile a venit un domn sa o curețe. 4 dormitoare măricele, 3 bai - una in camera si 2 pe hol (doar una cu dus). Bucataria echipata cu tot ceea ce este nevoie, inclusiv scaun de copii.
Cons: Plaja din apropierea vilei este cu pietre, noi nu am întrat in mare pe acea plaja. Locația este cam la 15 min de mers cu masina de Ayia Napa.

Pros: Vila je velká, kuchyň a obývací pokoj. 4 velké ložnice. Krásné výhledy. 2 koupelny. Vybavení kuchyně-má vše co potřebujete. Pračka a myčka, gril, lednice,trouba. Bazén a mnoho lehátek. Mnoho ručníků a vše čisté. Při příjezdu překvapeni-lednice plná piv,mléko,máslo,chleba,vejce a led. adaptéry samozřejmostí Paní pri příjezd velmi milá. Vše výborné.

Wunderbar, in der Nachsaison nochmal Sonne tanken zu können.
Pros: Da wir am Abend angereist sind, war bereits ein Frühstückspaket bestehend aus Toastbrot, Marmelade, Instant-Kaffee in der Unterkunft vorhanden.
Cons: Alles bestens. Von der Agentur habe ich erfahren, dass notwendige Erhaltungsmassnahmen für den kommenden Winter geplant sind.

Pros: posizione eccezionale, zona tranquilla e mare a 150 metri e quindi vista spettacolare, casa funzionale anche se arredi un pò datati, televisione a grandissimo schermo ma.... mai usata
Cons: scarsa attenzione alle manutenzioni, 1 luce della piscina rotta, lavastoviglie guasta, erba sintetica
