Splendid autumn half term sun

Pros: Great place, food very good, staff lovely, fairly close to beach with good shuttle service, pool and water slides excellent for kids

Cons: Gym a bit small and no free weights. Not much else to complain about really

Staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Beach bus was excellent.

Pros: Liked having adult only area, quieter pool and busy pool. This worked well for us and we made full use of all areas.

Overall it was a good hotel which i will probably visit in the future!!

Pros: The hospitality and friendliness of the staff,the clean rooms,the food was great and the extra effort to please us ,as we had a birthday and they brought as a cake!

Cons: The hotel is spread on a big land distance…so you need to walk around and there a few stairs

Amazing and we will be back next year

Pros: The facilities were excellent, it never felt over crowded and we always felt like we had our privacy. Staff were amazing

Pros: Great place and atmosphere, the staff were very hospitable and helpful

Cons: I would like to have a better matress - felt sinking and old, and the food is plantifull which is great, but just a little over average.

Good facility. Hotel for kids.

Pros: Facility had everything needed for a family with kids. Not recommended for couples without kid. It feels like a kindergarten with swimming pool and water park. All inclusive feature is the best. You do not need to pay for anything. Rooms are big and spacious.

Cons: Because there were thousands of kids in the facility, staff were having problem cleaning everywhere. Restaurant had sticky chair handles and floor was full of knifes and forks children dropped. Non stop kid screaming.
