Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

Pros: Most of the people working in this place are very nice, starting from a man welcoming guests at the entrance and going on to receptionists, cleaning lady, waiters, animation team was just amazing <3 Quick and nice service at restaurants. Food was very good. Everything was very clean - room and all hotel in general. I chose it for kids and they were very happy here. Thank you

Cons: The location was good, but the road is nearby, I would say this was the only minus.

Pros: Child friendly. My kids made so much friends, with guests and Staff! Entertainers were the best, they made the kids so comfortable during the stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The location was within walking distance of the center and the sea. See you again soon.

Pros: Excellant place for families with kids.95% familes were with kids :) Everything was considered about kids (popcorn icecream hamburger pizza fun activities etc. Almost all day) There were 4 pool options!Aquapark was amazing! Small size pool for our little ones was exceptional good. Silent pool for only adults and the last one was the biggest one with music and lots of people in the center. Lifeguards were always around the pools even on top of the aqua all the time to take care of children ! Well orginized hotel for towels&sunbeds. Very friendly stuff. Open buffets were amazing! I put 2 kg in 2 days!

Perfect vacation

Pros: The service is beyond excellent, everyone is kind and eager to assist with any request! The food is very tasty and kids friendly. Special thanks to the chef who took care of our celiac kid! The entertaining program is great for kids and adults. The pools and waterpark are fun. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons: The bed is too soft

Pros: This is our 2nd visit to the Sunrise Oasis and it was just as amazing as the first time! This hotel is completely set up for families. The staff are fabulous, the property is immaculate, the food was fantastic. We can’t wait to book again.

The perfect family holiday!

Pros: The hotel is the most amazing place for families! The facilities for children are the best we have found in Protaras. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and big enough for a family of 5. The food was varied, fresh and suited all appetites. The staff, particularly on reception were exceptional. We loved it so much that we have booked again for August!

Cons: There were no negatives apart from the holiday had to end.

Pros: The staff, food and the cleanliness of the hotel were all amazing! The room was a good size and had a double balcony. The free drinks bottle was a nice touch.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the bed for my daughter, it was extremely hard.
