Atlantica Oasis Hotel

Pros: I was very happy with the staff through my stay, in particular the restaurant team approached me and offered to prepare different food for my children than the one offered, as they prefer simple/plain meals. Their willingness to accommodate us was greatly appreciated.

Cons: A minor detail but for an all inclusive i would prefer to be provided sealed bottles of water to the room (in addition to the complementary one), rather than having to fill the existing bottle.

Pros: Breakfast was a good selection, automatic lights in the wardrobe, room was nice and warm and the view was great from 5th floor. The bar also was nice with very affordable cocktails and friendly staff

Cons: The only thing was the hairdryer was very dusty and made a funny motor sound when turned on and seemed a bit old.

Relaxed

Pros: Breakfast , very clean room and amazing polite staff

Cons: Everything was great!

we enjoyed our stay ,just what we needed

Pros: we liked staying in your hotel everything was great..we enjoyed our stay.New Years Eve food selection was excellent.

Cons: I thought that New Years Eve party didn't have any streamers, party hats etc,,The siner was ood but didn't read the room..especially with the count down not much atmosphere,,as the entertainment was a bit boring. Also having to book the sauna.

Pros: I liked the experience as i was staying for work, i was expecting to find toothpaste and toothbrush shower cup one use hand soap and cutton pads.

I definitely would return. But would possibly request a lower floor and closer location to the reception.

Pros: The hotel is clean. And well maintained. Good pools for the children.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was the location of our room. on the top floor. And the distance from the main hotel restaurant/reception.

Nice stay

Pros: Friendly staff, good quality and variety of food, in particular we enjoyed the alla carte dinner (see photo). Comfortable bed and near the bus stop which goes into centre.

Cons: Both my husband and I have short hair, but we found the occasional long hair in our room. The all inclusive didn't offer any snacks during the day, which wasn't a problem for me but I imagine a family with children may have appreciated.

Pros: The breakfast . The room was clean and service was amazing

Cons: Everything was great

Overall is good for my stay. Because we were for good pool and sunny wather.

Pros: Pools incredible. Animators good. Facilities good.

Cons: Cleaning service was poor. Changing only bed sevice. Not renewing water in room. For this price its not fair. For not all inclusive guests pool and bar services when you pay cash money must be some special coctails. Not simple and like non alcohol all inclusive bad coctails. Padel court is very good but free was only daytime( very sunny weather)

Nice stay some improvements required

Pros: Location and food, bed very comfy room and air con very good

Cons: Pool to small for the amount of families, pool bar staff not very approachable generally grumpy, toilets very dirty one toilet was actually broke off the wall
