Overall satisfactory and pleasant

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Welcoming environment and clean.

Cons: Bed and pillows. Bed too soft sinking in the bed. Pillows not comfortable. And the toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were watery as if they had been watered down

Felt relaxed and would have stayed longer

Pros: The view of the sea and sleeping to the sound of the waves was amazing. The breakfast had a lot of options, the staff members were very friendly and the omelette was so good. Downstairs the Spa and the gym were also good.

Good value for money

Pros: Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, full blackout in the room, a very well-equipped gym, and a 95-degree sauna. Could not wish for more on business trips.

Cons: The internet connection is terrible. It really shouldn’t be like this. Minus two points for that. The rooms feel slightly worn.
