Exceptional Service & Memorable Experience

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Mediterranean Hotel. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Special mention to Zenon, who organized a fantastic birthday surprise for my wife with exceptional dedication and attention to detail — truly unforgettable. The spa facilities were excellent and very clean. Breakfast and dinner offered great variety and high quality food. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would gladly stay again.

Cons: The bed was slightly firm for our personal preference, and the indoor pool temperature was a bit cooler than expected.

Seaview resort in Limossol

Pros: We liked the grounds of this resort and being able to walk far along the coast in both directions. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very helpful. We had some noise issues in the room we were in and they upgraded us to a quiet premium room without fuss. Very kind. Lovely views from sea view rooms.

Cons: I guess my only complaint is that all the outdoor furniture was covered and only one restaurant was open but it is low season, I just feel it’s a little unwelcoming.

Cons: Be prepared to see cats everywhere outside the property but this is common in Cyprus

A big-ish resort style hotel with a friendly smaller hotel feel.

Pros: Friendly, helpful (well-trained) staff, clean and well-maintained environment and room. We visited in January so it was very quiet but good levels of service were maintained throughout. It served our purpose very well. It’s a bit out in a limb in Limassol and we rarely stay in resort hotels but, again, that suited our particular needs. The view over the sea from our balcony was a delight every morning. It was ‘easy’ to be there and we’d return.

Cons: Nothing - it worked very well for us.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. All staff amazing. Location spot on. Suzana and Eleni in hospitality especially. They gave that human touch to our visit. We love your hotel. Always have.

Cons: We asked for an hour extra late check out but we were told it is an extra 30 euros. We were a bit upset at this. We were told to ask again after breakfast but that would have been too late for our arrangements. We have stayed many times over the last 30 years so we were really hoping to be accomodated. Also as it was Christmas we thought there would be an extra chocolate or Christmas biscuits in the room Not just 3 apples.???😃😃

As our Christmas break, it exceeded expectations.

Pros: We loved everything about this superb hotel, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were very smiley and took time to make us feel very welcome.

Cons: When we last visited there was quite a bit of traffic noise and outside night-time noise, although to be honest, our stay was in June when many tourists were in the area. However, we were delighted to find that the hotel has added extra glazing which resoled the issue perfectly.

Perfect experience I wish I could stay more

Pros: I have stayed many times in this hotel with my family. It's the best hotel to stay in limassol for us The staff are professional, friendly, the food is excellent, the spa, and massages the best. There is nothing to complain about. I will come back again and again
