Les Palmiers Beach Boutique Hotel & Luxury Apartments

Pros: We really liked the location — the view from the window was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons: However, there were several disappointing aspects. The sofa beds in the living room were in very poor condition — worn out, sagging, and clearly in need of replacement. The television was very old and did not even have an HDMI port. We had brought our own TV device to watch television, but due to the outdated TV, we were unable to connect it and watch important basketball games. We asked if it would be possible to bring at least a small TV with an HDMI port. A replacement was brought to us, but unfortunately, it did not work. Cleaning was very superficial and careless. Breakfast was quite poor — the same few dishes were served every day with very little variety. There was also an unpleasant smell in the dining area and in the stairwell leading to it, and the space seemed poorly ventilated. Additionally, the toilet seat was too small and did not match the size of the toilet bowl. The front part of the toilet bowl was exposed and not covered by the seat, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant to use — especially for our young daughter. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the overall quality, maintenance, and attention to detail were disappointing.

Pros: Everything was ok. Excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, wonderful view.

Pros: Location is perfect. Breakfast had decent options.

Pros: (+) Delicious breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone, and lovely ladies bringing the treats. (+) Daily cleaning and towel changes, excellent cleanliness and attention from the cleaning ladies. (+) Kettle and tea making facilities in the room. (+) Great location, literally two steps from the promenade. (-) The room was a bit small for 22 square meters and three people, but we felt very comfortable there.

Amazing property, would recommend to others because of location, view and comfortable

Pros: They upgraded us to a full sea side review which we were very happy with, very generous of them. The kitchen was good as well, with everything provided. The view was unbelievable, straight looking out onto the beach and sea with not one but two balconies attached. The bedrooms were good too, and the lounge had a big table, so overall quite spacious.

Cons: The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust so not ideal. Sofas were a bit old, but okay.

We had a lovely night and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very good location right on the sea front. You couldn't hear traffic at night. The choice of food for breakfast was exceptional. Ideal for our 1 night stay.

Cons: We thought that a balcony from breakfast area would be nice overlooking the sea.

Pros: The location was greate, and the staff was amazing. They were attentive to our requests and needs, super professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small, but other than that- Perfect.
