Great stay, will come again!

Pros: The room was great, clean, a good size, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very generous. The staff are very helpful, stored our luggage and gave good local tips. Super close to the beach.

Cons: They do have an open shower which makes the bathroom very wet.

Pros: Modest breakfast and when something special( salami)went ouț they answered that they have no more

Cons: The lightening în the room was poor. I would propose în The bathroom an antislip( carpet) pad

Pros: The hotel is just a few minutes away from Finikoudes. The personal was very helpful.

Cons: It was all dusty in the room. We couldn't use the shelter and wardrobe.

Pros: The hotel is well positioned,close to the local market(Agora) and the beach(about 5-6 min walk).The room was spacious enough and very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and useful.

Cons: Noise during the nights because of the cars and motorcycles

Pros: A nice comfy room with a nice balcony and great views of Larnaca

Cons: Some basic utensils (cutlery/plates - I did get some from the dining area - a small fridge freezer) would be nice

The hotel deserves 4 stars since we find home away from our home

Pros: Probably the best hotel in the city center of Larnaca especially for city breaks and family vacation. The hotel is luxurious, modern decorated, clean and safety. Thus I think the hotel deserves at least 3 * or 4 * stars. The location is in the city center in quite place, but in close proximity to Funikudes promenade with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Excellent breakfast with delicious and healthy products. Extremely nice and helpful staff, especially people working at the reception desk. We definitely come back again at Livadhiotis City Hotel in the near future. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Pros: It was a really great stay for one night. The breakfast is delicious and variable. It is in the center near St Lazarus Church and Finikoudes beach. I recommend it for others.

Cons: The room was dim without the balcony. AC was not working well in the room, but it was fixed by the receptionist. Nothing else! Thank you!
