A Maos Hotel Apartments

Nice room, nice pool, nice sunbeds.

Pros: The location is really good. Near the nightlife, though not too noisy during the night. The pool water was one of the best I've been in. Very well kept water quality. Room was nice for the price. Also, possible to play billiard for an euro.

Cons: The breakfast is far from optimal. You get ONE meal. It means that if you pick eggs and bacon, you get eggs and bacon. If you pick spagetti, you just get spagetti and nothing else. No toast, no cereal. One drink. Just one. For example, ONE coffee. Makes no sense to even consider the breakfast.

Pros: Polite staff, willing to meet our request and provide us late check out due to lower season. We had see view room. Clean place.

Cons: Location is little bit up to the hill and without car not so easy to reach

Pros: Beautiful sleep very quiet considering it’s a close walk to the bars amazing friendly staff and the apartments were lovely! Also enjoyed the music around the pool!

Pros: The size of the apartment is decent with a convenient location and swimming pool.

Cons: A bit of refurbishment would be good.

Good buy

Pros: The personal is gentle, we asked to move the checkout hour and we get it moved for 20 euro. Anyway i think pretty much all reservations in Cyprus/aya Napa are a little bit expensive.

Cons: The photos are a little bit deceiving, there are some rooms that are new or renovated and some that are more ‘old style’. I thought when I bought the reservation that my room was in the other building. They clean your room twice a week.

Great accommodation

Pros: Great value for the money. Hotel is 10 mins away from center, in the quite area. Stuff is great, always ready to help, everything is clean and well equipted. Would come again for sure ❤️

Great value for money

Pros: There were five of us staying in the apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly fine – after all, you’re mostly there just to sleep. The complex also has a pool, which was clean and well-maintained. I’d like to compliment the two receptionists working the morning shifts, one older and one younger lady – they were very helpful. The view from the room was stunning!

Cons: When booking, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the fifth bed is actually a rollaway bed. Although I raised this issue upon arrival, after spending the first night I can say that the bed is comfortable — it would just be helpful if it were clearly stated that it’s a rollaway rather than a “single” bed as listed. The apartment could also use some additional furniture so that all five guests have space to organize their belongings during the stay. These are just small details that would make the overall experience even better.

Lovely and cozy place to be in Ayia Napa

Pros: I loved this place! Great value for money, because it has everything: pool, bar, kitchen, billiard, desk to work with a laptop. I’m definitely coming back again! The rooms are simple, but that’s all you need in such a place like Ayia Napa, you probably won’t spend too much time inside.

Cons: It was a bit noisy in the evenings/early mornings because my room was facing the Main Street, but nothing unbearable.

Pros: Very kindly people on the reception and everyone involved!

Cons: In the toilet a lot of water goes down from the shower they need to put a glass or something

Pros: Great location as its close to everything, staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy.
