Pros: Fantastic location with great parking, the apartment is excellent with plenty of space and a homely feel. The beds are very comfortable and everything is perfectly clean and well maintained. I will definitely book this again if I'm ever back in Nicosia.

Cons: The only downside was the buildings elevator which is definitely past its best and broke down on our final day but the stairs are perfectly acceptable and a safer option.
