If you want a central hotle in Larnaca with parking, it fits the bill
Pros: Very central, clean and comfortable. FREE PARKING! We had an evening meal in the hotel and that was also very nice. Modern hotel, room of a good size. Everything you need.

Centre of larnaka with parking
Pros: Has a parking (rare in larnaka city center), located in city center
Cons: We were initially offered a room with no balcony (against the description) but after a request they changed it (and the other one was fine)

Please, add more photos on booking that are accurate to the property (beds)
Pros: White chocolote, yummy drinks and good quality of food. Awesome leds, nice balcony, nice people and especially cleaning staff.
Cons: Mold in the bathroom, beds were uncomfortable until we said something to the receptionist. Not enough storage.

I recommend paying more attention to guest quietness during the night
Pros: We had 3 rooms booked on the 2nd floor at Mikes Kanarium City in Larnaca, Cyprus. Overall, the experience was pleasant: the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Safety: Access from the hotel reception to the rooms is controlled by key cards.
Cons: It should be mentioned that the walls are quite thin, so noise from traffic, conversations in other rooms or in the hallway, and the operation of the elevator can be heard, especially if the room is next to it, as was our case. For example, on the morning of Tuesday, February 10, 2026, guests who checked out at 4:00 AM made quite a lot of noise in the corridor for approximately 40 minutes. The room facing the main street has a bathroom door that is too transparent, which affects privacy, and the room doors do not block hallway noise, leaving too much space around the edges. Comfort was also slightly affected by the absence of some small amenities, such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, hair conditioner, and slippers. It would be helpful if the hotel established clear rules for guest check-in and check-out, so as not to disturb the sleep of existing guests, including restricting elevator use between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. I recommend paying more attention to guest quietness during the night.

Pros: Good location, 10 min walk distance from city center; nice breakfast and confortable bed.
Cons: The hotel has a big problem with sound isolation: thin walls and thin door/window to bapcony, therefore it is very noisy from street traffic and neighbours. The bathroom need renovation.

Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort and breakfast quality could be improved.
Pros: I liked that it is located in the city center, within walking distance of the Church of Saint Lazarus of the Four Days, and also close to the seaside promenade. It is also convenient that the reception is open 24/7.
Cons: What I didn’t like was that the wardrobe cannot be opened well because of the desk. There were no slippers provided, and the floor looks quite worn. The bathroom door is poorly fitted and makes noise, and the same issue applies to the entrance door. The food is nothing special, but what really bothered me is that you have to wait for eggs because the kitchen brings out only a few at a time every several minutes. If you want eggs, be prepared to wait. In general, the nutritionally valuable breakfast options are very limited. The reception service is correct but rather cold—my experiences in Greece are usually much warmer and more welcoming.

Perfect place for 1 night before or after a flight.
Pros: For the price the place is an 8 but not with a higher price. The guy from Afghanistan doing the breakfast was very friendly. The room is large, very clean, internet fast, bathroom a bit small but spotless. There is off street parking.
Cons: The guy behind the bar was near to rude.
