LEONDIANA Boutique Hotel

Very pleasant, clean and comfy accommodation with lovely hosts in the heart of Larnaca.

Pros: Inna and Petros were lovely hosts, communicated well, responded to messages quickly and were always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfy and pretty. Since the accommodation was self-catering, I really appreciated the kettle, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, and wine glasses, and especially the fridge. There was also fresh fruit, tea and coffee, wine and bottled water ready when I arrived. A small but thoughtful detail I really appreciated was the European power socket adapter. The rest of the property was nice and clean as well, and no noise came from the street at night. The location was great, too - only a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of Larnaka and from the seafront.

Cons: My only issue was how difficult it was to dry anything in the room. Wet towels and clothes stayed damp for days. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would be a wonderful detail to make drying stuff easier. The wi-fi had its low moments, but overall worked okay.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location was good, the room was very clean, and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Pros: The owner gave us exact details on how to get from the airport and it was very easy to reach the location. The location was closed to city center and to the beach so we could easily get around by walking. We asked for new towels and we received them and also we asked for some more infos and the owner was very nice and helpful.

Cons: We had ants in the room on the table. The bathroom was not well equiped. As we came in a boutique hotel we expected to have shampoo and shower gel. There was a recepient in the shower with some very diluted shower gel. The level of cleannes was not what I expected. The bed was not very comftable.

Pros: I had a perfect stay at Leondiana! Everything was new, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was modern and very comfortable, with great amenities like a smart TV, a mini fridge, and excellent air conditioning that kept the space cool throughout my stay. The shower was spacious, and I really appreciated the clean, fluffy towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I also loved the private terrace — a great spot to relax with a drink in the evening. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute walk to both the beach and the city centre, with a convenience store only 3 minutes away. The area felt safe and quiet. Lastly, the host was extremely kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Larnaca!

Excellent location for a great stay in Larnaka.

Pros: The place was great and the owner was super helpful. Room was cozy and the AC was perfect for the summer nights.

Pros: We stumbled upon the Leondiana with a last-minute booking, but it turned out to be perfect! The room was spacious, well-equipped with a fridge and tea/coffee supplies, and immaculately clean - mid-stay cleaning was a lovely touch. The central location was ideal, with a short stroll to town and the beach. Petros was an exceptional host, offering a warm welcome and going above and beyond to meet our needs. Highly recommend this little gem

Best value for money I’ve ever had

Pros: Amazing room - spacious, even has a desk. Bathroom is also great. Bed is very comfortable. The open storage is ideal.

definitely worth the money

Pros: Small but functional room, tiny but nice bathroom. Good internet, haven't tried the tv so can't comment. Walking distance (10 minutes or so) to the busy seaside where you can find all the tourist-trap restaurants. Parking opposite the hotel, can hold about 15 cars - or you can use the bus 425 from the airport (every 30 minutes, last one is at midnight, costs 4 euro, step out at Larnaca Community Centre; alternatively taxi is 20-30 euro; or you can try Bolt). The owner was very nice, on my late arrival he invited me to a nearby tavern for some wine and mezze, appreciated.

Cons: There was a problem with aircon but it was resolved promptly - so you won't have an issue.
