Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Napa Suites! The property is very clean and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly, attentive. The rooftop pool area is absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection of options.

Cons: The only thing we regret is that we couldn’t swim in the pool because of the weather, it was a bit too chilly during our stay. But that’s definitely not the hotel’s fault 😌

Pros: The hotel overall was pretty good i think it needs some fixes around to be perfect, but besides that was pretty good

Pros: Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, very close to Ayia Napa center. The best thing about this place is the staff — everyone was amazing! The reception team were super friendly and professional, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with a smile every day. All the workers were kind and helpful. The food was delicious, the place very clean, and the service outstanding. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great stay in an a great environment. Close to amenities and the staff are fab!

Amazing staff amazing rooms

Pros: Stayed in the pool room, amazing, great facilities , staff were amazing and so helpful. Absolutely loved our time there!!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the AC, we put on at a set temp and it kept increasing in its own and we had to put it down again, woke up too warm on a few occasions . If they sorted this out for us the stay would be faultless. Wouldn’t stop me coming back!

The perfect adults only hotel!

Pros: The property itself is lovely & extremely clean. The rooms are stunning. Breakfast is a must here (especially the iced coffees!) and the staff are friendly & really hard working. The rooftop pool is amazing & has a real luxury feel.

Cons: There isn’t a gym available at the hotel which is slightly disappointing & the lift can be unreliable. The hotel food & drinks are on the expensive side.

Pros: Everything was absolutely phenomenal. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of the staff, with special thanks to the lady who cleaned the rooms. Overall, all compliments for the wonderful impression this place left on me.

Cons: For those who might find this useful: the breakfast is always the same, but since there is a wide variety to choose from, you can always find something good to eat.

Pros: The rooftop with the swimming pool is amazing, you can spend all your vacation there

Cons: The service at the swimming pool finishes at 19:00 I think it should stay open until at least 22:00 with bar open and maybe dj
