Overall a good experience

Pros: It’s a very nice hotel in a prime location in Ayia nappa. We were overall happy with the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is 10/10 The receptionists and bellboy were very helpful and friendly The restaurants and bars in the hotel are top- tier as well. The breakfast is better than in many hotels.

Cons: The hotel it self might need a renovation, it’s a little bit out of date Our room was in direction of the clubs and the church, it could get quite loud at night.

Enjoyable overall, with room for minor improvements.

Pros: The room was comfortable, and my preferred bed type was accommodated during booking. The facilities were adequate, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient - right in the heart of Ayia Napa, surrounded by many restaurants and shops.

Cons: I was disappointed that the swimming pool only opened at 10:00, and most of the sunbeds were already ‘reserved’ with towels by other guests. Additionally, there were no instructions provided for using the in-room jacuzzi.

A nice relaxing time

Pros: The pool and bar area. Very comfy bed. Nice size room. Great breakfast selection . I didn’t realise there was a bar & restaurant connected……also both good

Cons: Sadly no fruit in the room…….Nothing in the mini bar

Pros: 1 of very few adults only hotels in the area Perfect location between nightlife, shops, restaurants and the harbour, Staff always happy and welcoming Any issues they sort out straight away (we had a broken fridge in the room within hours after mentioning it they had replace it) Huge pool bar seating area

Cons: Only 1 drawback is this location puts you further away from some of the beaches but a bus or taxi ride isn't very expensive. So not a negative just Ayia Napa stretches out over a big area

Location top, ambience and aesthetic top and friendly and competent staff.

Pros: Location excellent, Busstop (Intercity and local), restaurants, bakery, icecream shop, ATM, souvenir shops etc directly in front of the hotel. Hotel entrance, rooms, restaurants, pool and pool bar beautiful, aesthetically well designed. Staff very helpful and polite, speak good English l. Rooms (floor 2 and facing monastery) very quiet. Breakfast good.

Cons: I liked everything but two suggestions are - disposable slippers in the room - extended pool opening hours for the long and hot summer days (currently 10:00 - 19:00)
