Pros: Great location to Ayia Napa. Rooms had a fridge, toaster and jug Pool was good The bar by the pool served good food My husband and I had 204 which had a small room to store luggage and hang items etc which was nice My daughter was in 205 and her layout was different to ours for example she didn't have a separate storage area but the layout of her bathroom was bigger. Also she had another sliding door to a shared balcony which was a nice look out The staff were very helpful especially when my daughter's cell phone stopped working Both beds were good in both rooms however they were firm which suited us The environment felt safe regardless of the time we came and went out

Cons: My husband and I rented a room and so did my daughter. We were in 204 and 205 and both bathrooms had mold round silicon in the shower. Room 204 had two windows in the bedroom that faced the lift and walkway. Which people could stare in. There were blinds but no curtains. You only get one card key access however I didn't ask for another

Pros: This hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the city center and surrounded by plenty of clubs and nightlife. The reception is open 24/7, so you can always reach out if you need anything. Despite being near all the action, the rooms are very quiet at night and no noise comes in, which made it super comfortable. Everything was spotless, the water pressure was excellent, and the breakfast was really good too. Honestly, the staff made the experience even more special, they’re simply awesome!

We enjoyed our time at Cosmo, definitely a nice place to have a relaxing vacation.

Pros: The pool are is cool, great music, DJ on Saturdays, staff is very nice and friendly, always available. The room is ok, enough storage, hair dryer, ironing room downstairs, small balcony, nice stand in shower.

Cons: The mattress could be more comfortable, small amenities should be renewed (toilet paper holder for example).
