Pros: While I was trying to resolve the TV issue and searching for available channels, I met two wonderful ladies from the Pernera staff — Roksana and Victoria (or possibly Valentina, I apologise if I remember the name incorrectly). They were very polite, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Their attitude and willingness to assist made a positive difference to my experience. I hope the owner recognises their quality and dedication.

Cons: The large TV only allowed access to Netflix and did not provide regular TV channels. This was not mentioned in the Booking.com information section, and it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the water was not warm enough. This was probably due to the solar panels and the rainy weather. In winter, I personally need consistently hot water, which may not be an issue during the summer months.One morning, maintenance work on the air conditioning units was carried out, which was quite loud. I completely understand that winter is the most suitable time for such work to be done. However, as a guest, I would have appreciated a short message or prior notice. Because of the noise, I had to leave the apartment for a while. A simple update in advance would have been very helpful.

Pros: The villa was beautiful - even better than my highest hopes. Even better than the photos online ;-)

Cons: I have no complaints whatsoever.

Pros: They always bring me things which I needed(microwave oven, knife…)

A lovely stay in a lovely part of the world and does not break the bank. I will come back.

Pros: A short walk to lovely beaches and the coastal walk via an alley beside Pernera Beach Hotel. These apartments are basic but clean and open over winter, they’re on the main bus route to Metro supermarket, and Paralimni and Ayia Napa. A coffee shop - open over winter - is at 3 minutes walk and a self-service laundry 5 minutes away. I was here in November at a time when the road was very quiet. The weather now is 22-26C mid November, perfect. Wolt food and grocery deliveries found the location easily. Decent tv with all the usual apps. I hope to stay at Pernera One another week or two.

Cons: The apartments may be too basic for some travellers who need more comfort or don’t want self catering, but were ideal for me this trip and are good value. Be aware that in winter local restaurant options become limited - I cannot understand why many Cyprus resorts shut down in November when weather is perfect, but this is not a reflection of the hotel. Restaurant options that stay open are Cultura de Gusto and Blue Spice, both are very close and offer great food.

Pros: Key code entry was provided. Which was ideal as we arrived around 5am! Hot Tub was very nice. And the Balcony provided a great space to relax. Location was excellent, as it was literally across the road from the entertainment bars we wanted! eg: House of Lithos, Knights bar, Windmills restaurant, Panis bar., & others. Also the Pernera Beach is only 5 mins walk & is a a great sandy warm water beach.

Cons: Only one thing! the fridge could have been de-iced The seal to the freezer was a bit loose!

Pros: Location, Affordability, Cleanliness, Proximity to beach & restaurants

Cons: Rock band in the bar across the road. Missing hot tub that was shown in photos.

Pros: In the room didn't had hair dryer, and has a little problem with the toilet flash, but when i call the owner, the problem was solved immediately. Than you.

Enjoyable

Pros: Location is the great, we had rock band live every evening just across the street. Large, with all necesarry facelities...

Cons: In case of property problem, connection between the host and housecleaner should be better

Pretty good value for money

Pros: Excellent location. Mercifully, 108 room looks out on the quiet car park and an empty field and not on the busy main road. It was clean (minus the sink in the bathroom), clean bedding, floors etc. We did not find a reason to complain.

Cons: The broken lights in the bedroom. The toilet cistern does not flush properly.

Pros: Pros: super easy self-check-in; big apartment with everything needed for a longer stay and a big balcony; parking; communication; powerful air conditioner.

Cons: Cons: many spots visibly dirty or dusty; no water pressure on the shower; issues with the toilet flush - but maintenance came and fixed it.
