Well appointed, comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay by the sea.
Pros: Paul is a kind and helpful host. The apartment is comfortable and has good air conditioning. Having two beds, rather than a bed and a sofa bed, is a nice touch. The location is good, just a short walk to the beach and if you follow the alley by the Doma Restaurant to Perneras Ave, you can catch the very regular 101/102 buses to other beaches. The boardwalk by the sea makes for lovely evening stroll after a night out in Protaras.
Cons: The kitchen was let down by the condition of the pots and pans, most of which need replacing.

A very enjoyable stay at Bowker Apartment Pernera
Pros: The apartment is lovely, modern, extremely clean and homely. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and having a washing machine was a welcome bonus. There was milk and bottled water in the fridge when we arrived which after a long flight we were very grateful for! The location was excellent with good restaurants, beaches and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. There are regular buses to Protaris, Paralimini and Ayia Napa. There is also a lovely 25 minute stroll along the boardwalk to Protaris with restaurants along the way. Paul, the host, is very friendly and helpful, he was at the apartment to greet us and also came to see us before we left. Our flight was after checkout so he allowed us to leave our cases in the apartment for a few hours until the next guests arrived.
Cons: The photos in the description of the apartment are very misleading. The pool and seating area are not part of the apartment itself but of a public pool five minutes walk away. We felt very disappointed with this and feel other potential guests should be made aware. We like to sit outside having a coffee early in the mornings in a pleasant, peaceful setting to watch the world go by and also to enjoy a glass of wine before going out in the evenings. The only place to do this is a very small area outside the front door overlooking the road and a half built abandoned hotel. Directly outside the rear of the apartment is the car park so we did feel a little bit trapped in the apartment. This is why we have reluctantly only scored it 9/10

It was perfect, comfortable and cozy experience staying at the property.
Pros: Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, all dishes and kitchen appliances are there. 3 mins to a perfect, not super crounded Garden beach, restaurants and the shot right near the property. Perfect place for family with kids. Super helpful and friendly hosts.
Cons: The exact location was hard to find as it did not show up at the google map

Pros: One of the few places I ever wanted to rate 10. All was perfect and Paul was a very helpful and amicable host.

Great apartment close to the beach
Pros: The apartment is excellent equipment with everything you need for a few days/weeks. It has two king beds. Less than five minutes walk from the beach, perfect for small children. Sue is a great host and provided us with a baby cottage, fresh water, and milk. Very personal greeting and provided all necessary info for our stay.

Pros: The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making everything super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and enjoyable place to stay.

Pros: Świetny host, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i poza tym w mieszkaniu było czysto. Gorąco polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.
Cons: Drobne kosmetyczne usprawnienia typu nowa zasłonka prysznicowa, suszarka do włosów.

Симпатичные апартаменты недалеко от пляжа
Pros: Очень просторные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Две отличные двуспальные кровати, детям наконец не пришлось спать на диване:) Стиральная машина, плита, чайник и пр. До моря 5 минут. Рядом 3 пляжа. Прямо через дорогу отличный ресторан и магазины. Есть парковка. Очень приятный хозяин Пол, встретил нас, все рассказал и показал. В холодильнике оставил для нас бутылку молока и пачку с бутылками воды.
Cons: Возможно стоит уже поменять сковородки.
