Pros: Location is just perfect so close to everything the complex is so well run and efficient. So friendly, welcoming , and a wonderful calm enjoyable relaxation vibe at this resort. beautiful sized rooms so clean fresh towels regular cleaning service is remarkable. Reception are amazing so helpful and happy to help. Facilities for self catering are exceptional there was just everything you needed from utensils to appliances amazing I was so so impressed with this accommodation had to rebook immediately to return with no hesitation will always be one of my top three stays at the Constantaras apartments and is most definitely going to be a favourite repeated break here for a long time in the future just 10/10 amazing experience.

Cons: Leaving to come home lol

Pros: Everything was great. Clean apartments, easy and friendly communication, late check-in was available. We had everything for a comfortable stay. The pool was a big plus. The nearest beach was a bit noisy due to the construction site at the new marina, but there are other nice beaches in a walking distance.

Another great week with lovely people who run the place

Pros: Spacious. clean and comfortable and everything you need for self catering. Staff always happy to help should you need them.

Constantly smoking neighbors on nearby balconies: just awful (not the hotel's fault though).

Pros: Manager Andreas was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the cleaners, great job! A 5 minutes' walk to the sea.

Cons: A dryer for bathing clothes would be good to have. A missing A/C in the living room (only a fan) - it could be too hot in July-August.

Pros: Great location for bars restaurants and beaches Loved the garden surrounding the apartment very tropical. Quiet and private. Good kitchen for some self catering.

Pros: Cozy and very clean apartment, with comfortable beds. All needed stuff in kitchen. location was good in quiet districts. But nearby you could find bars , grocery. For my cleaning service was surprise. every second day they cleaned and changed everything. So I recommend the place

Pros: The property is clean, supermarkets and restaurants very close. The nearest beach is within 3 min walk. Bus stop also very close.

Cons: The lack of ac in th living room. There was only one in th bedroom. Also sofa beds in th living room are very uncomfortable.

Family oriented economical stay, pleasant staff, regular cleaning, large balconies, wonderful pool

Pros: Extremely nice accommodating and personable hosts. They checked us in before check-in time without extra charge. The reception for Constataras Appartments is across Ellion St. in Maricosta Apartments. This is a shared property with one management. Constataras apartments are much greener, hence more mosquitoes, but very pretty. Clean, and simple apartments. It's a wonderful location, close to the beach and many mini-markets. The apartments are probably built in the '70s-80s of the last century and carry a time-appropriate charm, design and furniture. A nice soundproof units, so staying with little kids who cry is not a problem. Sufficient dishes are provided, but you might want to bring plastic dishes for kids. The floors are stone, so anything kids drop will be broken. Anytime you need something missing, the staff quickly responds and provides a high chair, baby cot, extra pan, dishes insect spray, etc.

Cons: The absence of mosquito nets, and one AC unit in 2 room apartment. On very hot days it was hard to cool 2 rooms with one unit. Stroller ramps and a laundry facility on the premises would be appreciated.
