Exceptional - I recommend
Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, which we particularly appreciated, as it immediately makes you feel at home and relaxed. It is clear that they care about the well-being of their guests. We would love to come back again. I recommend it.

We stayed here at the end of our five-week Europe holiday and it was a wonderful place to finish our trip. Having a car
Pros: It was welcoming, clean and very spacious. The facilities were great and it is a secure building. We had a car so the location was great as there was parking. Also a short walk down to the beach and shops.
Cons: We stayed just over a week and would like to offer a couple of suggestions. A broom or stick vacuum would be helpful for the tiled floors, as they collect dirt quite quickly. Additionally, some hooks in the bathrooms for towels would be appreciated, as there is currently nowhere to hang them.

Very good choice
Pros: Very comfortable overall, everything almost like new. Very well equipped kitchen and well equipped overall. Walking range to beach and promenade (15 minutes). Reserved parking spot under the building. Close to motorway. Nice terrace. Close to food places/coffee shops/minimarket and relatively close to supermarket. Automated check-in/check-out process. We used it as a base to explore the island and it served this purpose very well.
Cons: It could really use a proper vacuum cleaner. More supplies (e.g., dish washer tablets) would be nice, but not critical. Some difficult to reach area were not properly cleaned (i.e., under the sofas).

Pros: Staying in a newly built building was very nice and clean. The designer furniture was comfortable and beautiful. The terrasse also had a nice sofa group with plenty of sun and shade.

A pleasant stay in a modern, well-located area
Pros: The apartment was comfortable for living and fully matched the description. The location is excellent: about a 10-minute walk to the sea, a quiet modern area, a large AlphaMega supermarket 5 minutes away, and a bus stop for route 20 nearby, which is convenient for reaching the Airport Express to Larnaca Airport. Inside, everything was clean and all essentials for both rest and work were provided; hot water and all appliances were functioning well (washing machine, dishwasher, boiler, air conditioning). There was a small issue with cleaning, but the host responded quickly and resolved it, and even replaced the frying pan with a brand-new one at our request. Communication with the host was fast and polite, and late check-in at midnight went smoothly. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and can recommend this apartment.
