One Bedroom Flat in Central Nicosia

Great location. Everything we needed and good value. Would recommend.

Pros: Really well equipped and very comfortable. Excellent location and great we had car parking.

Cons: Nothing really. All good.

Pros: Cosy apartment, excellent bed! Helpful owner when I couldn't download the photos with the instructions and flexible with the time of arrival.

Cons: - No hot water. It was 6:00 in the morning so I couldn't contact the owner for this. - Recommendation: Instructions should be in a written form, with photos only as an extra. When travelling abroad mobile data is not always available so photos cannot be downloaded. Written instruction is always better.

Completely satisfying.

Pros: Everything was there. Choices of restaurants, shopping, the old town just a walk away, central, underground parking , security, balcony etc.

Cons: Nil

A very spacious and comfortable property and good value for money.

Pros: The accommodation is large and very comfortable and ideally situated close to the centre of Nicosia.

Cons: Communication regarding entry was somewhat minimal, and we relied on photographs. Maybe we were a bit naive but, we couldn't work out how to get into the subterranean car park area when we arrived, which had a closed roller shutter door. In fact there was a remote for this in the key box for the accommodation. I would recommend some accompanying text to the photographs to make all this clear.

Very comfortable flat to stay in.

Pros: Breakfast wasn't included, but there was a coffee machine , biscuits and wee cakes. Very comfortable and well equipped flat with several cafes and restaurants near by. Very clean. Safe neighbourhood. Parking provided in an underground car park.

Cons: The host was away, so the instructions to get into the flat were not very clear. Eventually contacted the host and he explained where the key box was located and I got in. If I hadn't been driving it would have been easier.

Very nice place to stay in the center of Nicosia.

Pros: Very nice place with everything available in the apartment. Close to the city's historical center and the central bus station which made traveling around the city very easy.

Cons: Apartment intercom was broken on our arrival unfortunately.

Pros: Extremely spacious, modern and comfortable apartment in the commercial centre of Nicosia. Great views over the city from the balcony. Check-in and out easy, keys were in lock box. I would come back!

Nikozja - trzeba to zobaczyć !

Pros: Bardzo ładne, duże, kompletnie wyposażone nowoczesne mieszkanie w centrum Nikozji. Pokój wypoczynkowy z TV, balkon z widokiem na miasto, kuchnia, łazienka i sypialnia wygodne łóżka i duża szafa. W pobliżu dużo barów i restauracji, brak sklepu spożywczego. Wygodny parking w budynku. Czekały na nas przekąski, woda butelkowa, kawa i herbata. Klucze w skrytce - dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam wszystkim.
