Spacious apartment, centrally located.

Pros: Huge apartment in a good, central location. Very clean. We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer.

Cons: There's building work currently outside and it started at 6am. Clearly this won't be there forever.

Short and sweet

Pros: Good value for money option for three adults. Beats paying for two hotel rooms. Spacious and well appointed. It had everything we required and more for a one night stay in Nicosia. Walking distance from the old city was a must for us and parking across the road was very convenient. The only thing that could do with some attention is the shower head in the bathroom. It has a mind of its own but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Pros: Location, flat size, access to flat, parking were great. Location to price ratio was good.

Cons: TV was not working and since it was for one night there was little time to investigate and request fix. Kitchen is old with serious wear and needs a bit of work.

Clean Spacious and Convenient

Pros: Nice clean spacious apartment.Seemed to be well equipped but we didn't make use of the kitchen as we were only there one night. Comfy beds. Close to the city centre. Plenty of carparks nearby which charge 3€ for 24hrs

Cons: It would have been nice if the lift had been working.. Bedroom at the front was quite noisy at night despite closed windows and being on the 4th floor.
