Pros: Everything is fine. Apartman near the centre of town. Recommended.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The location was excellent and made everything easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and a great start to the day. I especially liked the modern and stylish interior, which made the place feel comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom was also beautiful and well maintained.

Cons: here were a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped – basic items like wine glasses, a bottle opener and some other essentials were missing. The hair dryer was also not working, which was inconvenient.

Pros: Clean and big apartment with two a units, the bathroom was nice, kitchen had all the basics that one needs, location was good, close to the Solomou Square bus station. Check in/out process was very smooth.

Pros: The apartment has a very good location. Everything was clean and provided, including small earplugs. I would love to come back again.

Exceeded my expectation!

Pros: Perfect, perfect, perfect! Modern designed, clean, convenient, comfortable bed, great location (10 min walk from the main bus station, mail square and walking street!). The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. A Wi-Fi signal was strong. The host is easy to contact and kind (I was allowed to stay 15-20 min after a pointed check out time, because my buss was late). Definitely will recommend!

Pros: Loved the location and how clean it was! Very well decorated too. Great place to stay!

Cons: Nothing major but would be great to have an oven or a microwave. Cooking facilities were limited to a hob only.

Good choice for a stay in Nicosia

Pros: This property is centrally located, well-finished and provides nice complementary products (soaps, tea/coffee). It is well equipped with microwave, washing machine, etc. Management is readily communicated with via WhatsApp and is responsive. The property faces away from the road and is therefore quiet (the area in which it is located is not busy in any event). Management run a nearby cafe and allow you to keep your bags there if you arrive before the property has been cleaned.

Cons: While I was there, there was some building works being undertaken in surrounding properties. However, this was only during business hours and thus the noise abated outside these hours.

Great flat

Pros: The location is perfect. Easily you can walk and find everything you need. The apartment is clean and well designed. The owner very kind and helpful 🙂

Pros: I liked the space and all the amenities. Also the fact that there is a kitchen with the bare minimum helps a lot. The location of the property is more than anyone would expect; it is just perfect.

Cons: There are some details that need more attention from the owners. For example the frame of the bathroom window needs to be changed. In addition the surrounding terraces which you can see from the flat's window are rather dirty and untidy. I am not sure if you can do anything about it, but it is worth noting.
