Fantastic 2 bedroom City Centre Apartment within walking distance to everything.

Pros: Excellent City Centre Apartment. Walking distance to everything. Very large apartment with two bedrooms, lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and an additional separate toilet. Well fitted out and spotlessly clean.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is to provide a mirror in the main bedroom over the desk/table to dry hair and put on makeup. There was nowhere else to do this easily.

Lovely place to stay and in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The shower is great and the pod coffee machine is a nice touch. The beds were really comfy too. It's less than ten minutes walk to Ledras st. And there is some lovely breakfast places and other restaurants/ bars within 2 mins. And communication with the owners was easy and helpful. I'd happily rebook next time I'm in Nicosia.

City centre location close to bars, etc. great value for money local staff excellent and overall fab apartment

Pros: Property is immaculate. 10/10 for cleanness. All amenities you need are provided and close to city centre as well as plenty of very reasonable car parking.

Cons: Nothing. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Well appointed apartment

Pros: Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Instructions for finding and accessing property very clear. Property is spacious and well appointed with some nice little extras eg drinks and toiletries. Large and comfortable beds. Location is good, about 10mins walk to town centre. Good eateries nearby though we struggled to find a supermarket. Lift up to the top floor which we were grateful for with large cases.

Cons: There's a big building site opposite which obviously isn't the host's fault but did wake us up early one morning (thankfully no building work on Sunday!). Otherwise no issues.

Super comfortable for a group of adults, very convenient for a short stay, perfect for exploring the city of Nicosia

Pros: Everything was great! The bedrooms were big, it had two bathrooms, spacious living room and overall spaces, and a balcony!

Cons: Nothing really. The only tiny thing was that’s the water in the kitchen was too hot and we couldn’t change the temperature, but possibly that was due to the heat wave that was happening.

Very convenient and spacious apartment in central Nicosia

Pros: Location was great. Apartment was spacious and everything worked. Host was super helpful.

Cons: The communal area/ entrance to the block was a bit dirty.

Pros: Very well equipped, central location 10 minute walk to the old town. convenient parking, clean, very helpful and accommodating host.

Central, clean and well equipped apartment

Pros: Clear and concise information from the host, clean, light and large apartment with modern furnishings, well equipped, in a very central location. Will definitely use again and will recommend.

Cons: Only slight note, the sofa could be larger for four guests, or with an armchair in the lounge.
