Pros: Good location, spacious appartment, nice balcony. Perfect for a family!

Pros: The apartment is new, beautiful, and in a good location. It has parking and can accommodate 4 people, including basic electrical appliances. Within walking distance, there is a convenience store, a bakery, a gas station, a pharmacy, etc., while the distance from Limassol city center is only 10–15 minutes by car.

Cons: Unfortunately, at first, I was disappointed because when I checked in at the agreed time, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. However, communication with the owner was immediate, and within an hour the apartment was cleaned. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Pros: The apartment was modern and beautifully furnished, with brand-new appliances and a spacious, well-designed balcony. It was very bright and welcoming, although the bedroom was a bit small. The two bathrooms were extremely convenient, and the shower offered excellent water pressure. The apartment was fully equipped, including a new washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.

Cons: A few improvements could make the stay even better: basic cleaning supplies such as cloths and spray cleaners were missing. Parking was also a slight challenge, as a high deposit is required to obtain the remote control for the private parking area, and street parking can be difficult due to the number of cars. Having easier access to the private parking would definitely be a great plus. Finally, the pillows were quite small and could be more comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: A spacious and clean apartment in a well maintained facility. Smooth self check-in procedue. A good location to explore both Limassol and Trodos. Great wifi.

Cons: Beds and pillows not very comfortable

Pros: I did like the facilities of the apartment. It’s spacious and has a nice view.

Cons: For sure wifi could be better, our apartment was smelling cigarettes. I didn’t know how the cooker was working and i hadn’t the instructions for it. And the bed sheets weren’t that clean

Pros: Very quick response, perfectly explained instructions of check-in and check-out. The property was just as it seemed on photos and the host responded quickly on every inquiry.

Pros: Very clean , good location for the hospital. Staff very helpful.

Cons: Bathroom is really quite small with the toilet quite close to the wall. The lighting if you are trying to cook in the kitchen quite dull … could do with lights under the kitchen units

Really enjoyed and will have no problem with going back again.

Pros: Very clean, easy to get to from the motorway and airport. Food shop and bakery very close by.

Cons: For some it might be further from the beach than they woukd like, although it didnt worry us we were not there for that. Could have done with the information a bit earlier as I didnt het car park info until it was too late to book it.

Mixed bag

Pros: It was well placed for the German Medical Institute Hospital. I liked that it was clean, had the washing facilities. Access systems are easy to use, proportions of the studio are good, and appliances are adequate.

Cons: I would have liked cockroach spray in the apartment and a warning that they could fly, so not to leave windows open. TV use confused and didn't feel comfortable putting my own log on details into the TV. Instructions for use of the cooker would also have been helpful. Not enough pillows and hypoallergenic pillows were expected, but feather like ones were there, which irritated the skin. As well as not enough of them.

Pros: Very clean apartment in a new building with big terrace, and well furnished, with staff being very helpful and responsive to any questions. Great location especially if you’re with a car.
