Would go again!

Pros: Everything was perfect and the location was very nice. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Nothing to complain really. Some trucks drove past often because a construction work nearby but i was not bothered by that.

Pros: Location near city center and near the beach, comfortable appartment and clean

Cons: Very slow wifi

Nice, easy check in and check out. Clear communication over email. New building with natural light.

Pros: It was looking nice and a lot of natural light. The building is new. The sound proofing between the bedrooms was good as well.

Cons: The AC in one of the bedrooms wasn't working very well and the air coming out was a bit humid and had an unpleasant smell. Maybe we needed to run it for longer but we just slept with open windows and didn't have any issues with insects. The towels provided were clean but didn't smell nice so we just washed them as there was a washing machine in the apartment.

Nice stay in this penthouse apartment.

Pros: Far from the historic centre but close to the main highway so very convenient for the self organized excursions with the rented car around the Lemesos area. Building has its own parking places. Apartment is very spacious and very clean. Excellent communication with the agency that manages this property. Whole building is very clean.

Cons: Some blinds didn't work - the electrical mechanism was broken. In one of two bathrooms the water pressure in the shower was very weak like it was obstructed with something. I am sure they will repair that.

Very good place if you want to discover Limassol and Cyprus by car.

Pros: This area of the city was very nice. There are some shops and bakeries which can be quite useful. Also the place is close to the exit for the highway which helps us reach the other cities of Cyprus very fast. Downtown Limassol is just 10-15 min away from the property. There is a very nice terrace with a good view! I recommend!

Cons: There were no mosquito nets which allowed some mosquitos to enter and bite. Some cars and motors passing near the house can be disturbing in the late hours.

Very good and felt safe as a solo traveller

Pros: Super clean, modern, bright and airy I had an issue with a lamp and they sorted very promptly.

Cons: If there was one “downside” I would say a little noisy from the road, but with doors shut not an issue at all.

Modern and comfortable

Pros: Easy access to the A6/A1, away from the centre of Limassol. Modern apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Even had a teapot! Balcony gave a nice area to relax and watch the antics of drivers on the roundabout. Secure parking with remote control for barriers.

Cons: Allocated parking was not intended for larger vehicles, concrete pillars added to the challenge for the driver.

Luxury apartment tin Limassol

Pros: Excellent apartment but a bit far from sea side and Marina.

Nice place, we will be back for sure.

Pros: We loved the terrace, it is very big and nice.The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay.

Cons: The furniture needs some maintenance or replacement. (The sofa and chiars)

Apart from the difficult communication at the start the stay was OK.

Pros: Space of the apartment, although we needed to take the 3 room apartment due to a miscommunication.

Cons: Difficult to get into the apartment (silly system to retrieve keys) and parking spot (c.q. remote) was not received due to miscommunication about payment.
