Best Location in Larnaca for exploring the city.

Pros: Location is in the absolute center of the city. Search no more. Balcony is very practical and you have there everything with small shop right on front of building.

Cons: Construction noises from the Street, but it is temporary. :)

Pros: Great location, very nice and clean room, easy check in process and super host!

Cons: Very loud music from the street bars and restaurants in the evening :)

Very clean apartment, great for short stays.

Pros: Location is really great, very close, maybe two minutes from the beach. The apartment was very clean. I liked the kitchenette, it had everything I needed to cook home meals. The host was very proactive and messaged me to make sure I had a really nice stay. The balcony is nice, sunny from 1pm onwards, although a bit small.

Cons: The construction right outside the building, they were redoing the street, lots of noise during the day. When booking, make sure you ask the host if the construction is still there. The bathroom is pretty small in my apartment (361). You had to lean over the sink to be able to see yourself in a mirror.

Pros: Very good location, sunny balcony all day long ,management very good when you contact them they respons is very quickly !

Pros: The location, logistics, and the city surroundings are ideal for relaxation.

Cons: I can recommend providing the kitchen with a minimum set of amenities - salt, pepper, etc.

Pros: Excellent location, right next to the beach, lots of restaurants, bus station,.. Clean. Great host and communication.

Cons: The apartment is okay, but I think it needs to be renovated as soon as possible. The front door is leaking, the sink in the bathroom is unusable (due to the position), the furniture is near the end of its life.

We had a very comfortable stay at the property

Pros: The location was perfect and the flat was clean and cozy

Good choice for a beach adjacent location

Pros: It was very close to the beach without paying too much of a premium. Also a lot of restaurants in the area as well as shopping if you're into that at a beach location. Close to some of the night life, but not too close to be a noise issue. The large balcony had a good enough view to enjoy a morning coffee.

Cons: The bathroom was not designed as a wet room so except the shower there is no drainage which will make the floor problematic when wet.

Pros: The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to requests and with information. Excellent location with shops, bars, restaurants and the beach only a short walk away.
