Our stay was wonderful in this apartment!

Pros: Everything about our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped — even the kitchen had every type of dish and glass you could imagine. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of items in the fridge, including drinks, wine, juice — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. The hosts were incredibly kind and even let us leave our luggage in the apartment after checkout. Truly great hospitality — we’d love to stay here again!

Great hospitality!

Pros: The aparment is very nice and cozy. Super clean and has everything what you need. 3 min walk from the beach and right in the city centre surrounded by the cute local restaurants ( Tamp and Steam is the best breakfast/snack and coffee spot). When I come back to Larnaca Studio 162 will be my choice :)

Beautiful apartment

Pros: The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Beautiful terrace. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the building. The owner was friendly and responded immediately to messages. He thought of all the little things in accommodation. We are glad that we stayed in this apartment. All recommendations.

Pros: Everything was excellent! Super Clean, everything inside, early check in, best location, 2 min walk not even,to the beach. Everything around all the nice restaurants, supermarket,pharmacy, shopping street.

Perfekte und tolle Wohnung an der Strandpromenade

Pros: Sehr sauber, gemütlich, sehr gute Lage (weniger als 1 Minute bis zum Strand). In der Wohnung kann man alles finden was man im Urlaub benötigt (Bügeleisen, Haarfön..), in der Küche auch (Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeeapparat...). Genug Badetücher. Aufzug ist auch da. Wohnung reicht für zwei Personen perfekt aus. Ich würde es nur weiter empfehlen.

Cons: Es gab Baustelle in der Straße, weil diese renoviert wurden, daher war nicht ganz ruhig in der Früh, aber das hat mit der Wohnung nicht zu tun.
