Everything was just right — location, comfort, and an amazing host.
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay!Perfect location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The apartment had everything I needed, I felt safe, and the host was amazing — quick to reply and super helpful.

Pros: Location: great. close to the beach, to the restaurants, pubs and Finikoudes promenade. It is in the ground floor, so very easy for the lugguage. Cleanliness: the apartment is super clean, all is new, very good smell, no dust, bathroom is very clean. Material: everything you might need: iron, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich griller machine. Plus dishes, glasses, wine glasses, forks, knives, spoons, cooking pot, casserole, towels, even scissors. The host put us a bottle of wine as well upon our arrival. Host: very good follow up, since my reservation, we were always in contact for all details and even they called me after my check out to see if all is ok.
Cons: The only thing is that there is no balcony in case we need to put our towels or swimming suit to get them dry (but it wasn't a big deal for me since I was there for a wedding:) I recommend a blackout curtain over the window above the bed to block out early morning light.

Pros: Everything was great! The location was perfect, no need to use your car to go anywhere you have everything there in the heart of finikoudes! Very clean! It is the same as in the pictures. Not as noisy as I thought it would be, it wasn’t disturbing. We would stay here again for sure. Also the hostesses were very helpful and very friendly. Truly recommend!

Pros: Very close to the beach and super nice restaurants, very close to the ATMS, very cozy, very clean, includes portable everything so if i didnt cook today I could make space on the counter by putting it in the big cabinet above! The airfryer helps our frozen goods!
Cons: Only 1 table so if working remote we use the table than no table for eatting we used the lil cabinet, the TV is probably a screencast or screenshare of a phone, and not a smart TV by itself, not sure whats the reason being it but very hard to watch Netflix as shows wont slide at all and to type a show takes ages. Needed a booster for the shower and unless it was on 2h at least during the winter it didnt reach warm water.

Digne d'un 5 étoiles!
Pros: Ce logement était au-dessus de nos attentes. Les équipements étaient très bien entretenus et semblaient même être neufs. Le logement était d'une propreté remarquable. Nous nous y sommes sentis tellement bien que nous avons cuisiné (ce qui n'est pas dans nos habitudes pour un séjour aussi court) et finalement passé beaucoup de temps dans le logement. L'hôte, au cours de notre séjour, a pris de nos nouvelles et s'est assuré que tout se passait bien.
Cons: Le seul élément négatif, qui apparait d'ailleurs dans de nombreux autres commentaires, est le bruit. Toutefois, dès la réservation, l'hôte a eu l'honnêteté de nous envoyer un mail pour nous prévenir que ce serait bruyant. Nous avions de ce fait la possibilité d'annuler notre séjour. Disons que c'est le prix à payer pour cet emplacement de choix.

Pros: Apartament w samym centrum , centrum, głównego deptaka, restauracji i plaży 2 minuty spacerem. Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Właściciel dba o każdy szczegół i jest z nim stały kontakt.

Pros: Apartmán je v centre, veľmi blízko mora aj obchodov a reštaurácií. Je veľmi čistý, priestranný so zariadenou kuchyňou. Majiteľ bol pozorný, zisťoval či sme v poriadku prišli. Pláž bola čistá , dostatok ležadiel, obsluha na pláži príjemná. More je krásne čisté.
Cons: Keďže apartmán je v centre, boli sme upozornení, že môže byť miesto hlučné. Áno, bolo veľmi hlučné , pretože hneď vedľa apartmánu sa nachádza niekoľko barov, preto by bolo vhodné upozorniť, že pre starších ľudí 60+ to naozaj nebude vyhovovať. Ale chápem, že mladí ľudia, ktorí sú v bare do neskorého rána, to nie je problém.

Pros: La struttura è situata in pieno centro vicino a pub e posti dove mangiare con la possibilità di accedere a piedi sul lungo mare senza utilizzare l’auto. Un aiuto per chi volesse soggiornare in questa struttura è utilizzare il parcheggio a pagamento (3€ al giorno) vicino alla chiesa di San Lazzaro

Дуже зручне, гарне і комфортне місце для відпочинку чи просто ночівлі
Pros: Власник дуже чудовий, на будь яке питання відповідали досить швидко. Для перебування є все необхідне — навіть праска, адаптери для розеток, пральна та сушильна машина, доска для прасування тощо + хороший кондиціонер (не завжди це зустрінеш в інших апартаментах). У подарунок була пляшка чудового вина. Першого дня не відразу розібрались з телевізором, але написали власнику і він одразу зателефонував і розповів що і як працює. Відстань до пляжу Фінікудес десь 3-4 хв пішки від локації, всі бари, ресторани, автобусні зупинки та основні локації Ларнаки знаходяться дуже близько
Cons: Плпередньо повідомляли, що вночі може бути шумно, так як на вулиці дуже багато барів і туристів. Але нам це не дуже заважало Тому мінусів немає☺️
