Great hotel would stay here again !

Pros: Great warm welcome upon arrival. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean everywhere. Plenty of space and facilities. Adults only so not overcrowded everything at a nice calm pace. Get a lot more for your money than some of the other hotel’s. Room was beautiful and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice addition. Very easy and quick walk down to the beach. There is a beach club where guests can use the sun loungers for free.

Pros: When you want to spend most of the time in your room and relax, the room with whirlpool on the balcony is amazing choice. They have nice room service, satisfying gym, hotel is close to the sea where u can enjoy your walk. Staff from 3rd part countries is very very nice and very helpful and we really liked mr. Yiannis in the restaurant and Monika in the lobby they do a great job.

Cons: The moment we came in the room, we called people to clean our whirlpool it was extremely dirty. But they fixed it quiet fast... there was one older guy with mustache, he was taking orders in the restaurant, we wanted to order wine from the menu and pay for it, he came 4 times in and out, he had no idea what wine he was looking for or what they have in the menu, it seemed like a big deal for him, he was not polite at all🙈 in general for the prices they have they should have higher quality of drinks and service... ohhh and if you expect door to separate bathroom from the room you will find none:-)

Overall pleased and would recommend to others

Pros: Room was excellent, overall the hotel was very nice, more 4 star than 5, food was good, but not exceptional for the price paid. It was peaceful and nice not to have kids running around screaming so 100% a good location for relaxation.

Cons: Room with balcony could have had a little more privacy as you could look at what was going on in the rooms next to you if you have this type of room that is.

Sunny trip before winter

Pros: Close to the beach, big garden and swimming pool. Big and comfortable room.

Cons: Happy we did not book all inclusive. The hotel offers a buffet with great variety but the quality and taste of the dishes does not meet my expectations of the Greek cuisine. Food served at the Sands Beach bar is much better.

Fantastic stay with the best staff you can find!!!!

Pros: Everything was Fantastic!!!!! The pool big,clean and fantastic!! The room was perfect with excellent view!!! The food allday was very tasty!!!! The staff was all the money!!! The most kind ,polite and helpfull staff i ever met!!! MANY MANY THANKS TO MRS KATIA AT THE FROND OFICE!!!! Thanks to everyone for the fantastic stay!!! We will be back for sure!!!!!
