Nice modern apartment in a nice area

Pros: A nice modern apartment with lots of light. We enjoyed our stay and have already made plans to come back again

Cons: nothing.

Pros: The apartment was spacious. It had 2 ACs and they could easily warm the rooms in a few minutes. There were no issues with hot water - you just need to set the boiler on and wait a few minutes. The parking wasn't too intuitive but there was a lot of free space. There were 2 socket adapters.

Cons: The window in the living room was quite loosy. It didn't stop any noise from the street, though in the sleeping room there weren't any problems. The apartment wasn't too clean but the cleanliness was acceptable. We had a bath tub but there was no bath plug for it.

Very good value for money.

Pros: For us, this accommodation was perfect. It was very convenient to reach the central area in the evenings for restaurants, and during the day we could easily go to the beautiful beaches in Ayia Napa. The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed having a separate living area and a terrace, perfect for slow mornings. There are also very good cafés right downstairs.

Pros: The appartement is very clean, location is perfect,staff was very helpful i would definitely recommend it for a long stay

The perfect spot for 3 month stay in Larnaca

Pros: Very well designed, comfy bed, great decor, big comfy sofa, washing machine, big tv and great internet. The location is perfect, supermarkets 5 mins walk, the beach is 15 mins walk and you can see the sea every morning from the balcony - just perfect

Cons: Nothing, so please with all aspects

Pros: It has well equipped kitchen and a dining area in the living room. It also has a huge TV with access to YouTube and Netflix.

Cons: A deposit was required, and the check-in process involved several redirects to external websites. The neighboring building was also very close, limiting the view from the window.

Pros: This is one of the best apartments to stay in Larnaca. My experience was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is new, modern, with an excellent balcony, airy and bright. The bed linen and towels are very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There is a bar and a small market in front of the building, which is convenient if you need something immediately, and there is a café on the ground floor. The center is also nearby, about a 10-15 minute walk. The soundproofing is also excellent, so you won't hear any outside noise and will have a great night's sleep. I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Pros: The apartment is exactly like the pictures,close to the centre.

Quite nice apartments, with free parking, Lidl nearby, a fruit and vegetable market, and many inexpensive taverns nearby

Pros: The apartment was conveniently located, with good transportation links, comfortable furnishings, a large balcony, a comfortable bed, and a large refrigerator. However, upon check-in, we were given incorrect instructions; we were given an apartment number, but there was no laundry room at all! The room was completely untidy—garbage, dirty towels, linens, and hair. After calling customer support, the staff arrived and cleaned the apartment in an hour, but it was unpleasant. There were also no extra linens or beach towels, but they were later delivered.

Cons: The room was uncleaned, some kitchen utensils were missing, and there was a problem finding my lockbox. We had apartment # 302 (???) Pls, see attached photo))

I will do it again, and again, and again...

Pros: I just loved everything!! I was amazed by that fantastic place, and the great people who manage this fabulous place!

Cons: There are no dislikes!! IS ALL ABOUT PERFECTION!
