Kyri's Place Larnaca

A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a great location, with an exceptionally welcoming host

Pros: Very good location – close to Lidl and main transport routes, which makes it a great base for getting around. The apartment was very spacious, with two bathrooms and a separate kitchen, providing a lot of comfort. The host was extremely welcoming. We were greeted with sweet snacks, fruit, and drinks, and there was also food in the fridge to prepare sandwiches (bread, cheese, cold cuts, margarine), which was a really nice and thoughtful touch. The apartment was very well equipped – electric kettle, toaster, air conditioning – everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Another big advantage was the free parking available on a lot next to the building. I would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: The host demonstrated high level of hospitality and support. I must admit that I have not experienced something similar since long time ago.

The Kyri's home can make you feel home.

Pros: The apartment is big enough with many rooms and everything you need. The kitchen has many equipment to prepare your meal and not to spend money outside. There is a washing machine where you can wash your clothes, because when you are bugged traveler, you will get pretty easy out of clothes.

Cons: The water pressure was very low, sometimes, which is a bit unpleasant when you take a shower.

Pros: Good location the beach is about 25 minutes walk. Restaurants and bars on the way. Lidl close by. Bus outside for the airport.

Cons: The property is a little tired, it would benefit from a deep clean and some curtains / furnishings replacing.

I would stay there again

Pros: The host was very kind & was supporting all the time. He helped with the itinerary & gave me a lot of recommendations for food & beaches. Also suppprted in the transportation. He drived me to the airport with his car because I was late on the flight. The apartment had everything that I might need in my stay. The bus station under the apartment.

From start to finish my stay at Kyris place was fantastic.

Pros: Spacious clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided all the information I needed for an easy arrival. The owner also provided a very generous welcome hamper which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a great stay

Clean and cosy

Cons: The only thing that is obviously not good is that there is no elevator and to reach the flat you need to climb 70 plus stairs....clean and cosy apartment,

Pros: Easy to find and central loacaton to all i needed. The owner went behond and made everything available for your stay

Pros: Чудове розташування в пішій доступності др історичних місць.. Оперативна комунікація з Власником( включити бойлер, кондиціонер) там свої хитрі розетки. Супер комплімент 31 го від Власників на новорічну ніч.

Pros: Пляж в пешей доступности. Минут 20 пешком. Совсем рядом два супермаркета. Lidl в 3-х минутах. Через дорогу магазинчик русских продуктов. А самое приятное это бонус от хозяев. По заселению обнаружили накрытый стол. Фрукты, выпечка от мамы хозяина, две маленьких бутылочки прекрасного вина и полный холодильник свежих продуктов. Отдых с самого начала задался!
