Majan Residences

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Majan Residence in Larnaca. The apartment was really nice, cosy and clean with lots of added touches that made for a great experience. One piece of advice is to read all the information provided ahead of time to know how to get into the apartment. Location was great; near to Supermarkets, cafes and about a 30min walk from central Larnaca.definitely look forward to our next stay.

Cons: Would have been good to have a sign on the outside stating the name of the building.

Awesome apartment with great location

Pros: Extremely clean, looks quite new or well maintained, isolation is perfect, no sound comes from the street. Checking in and out was easy, with minor problems, but all in all great! I appreciate having a free parking space and adapters for european plugs. I wish there was a small stove or something to make breakfast, but kitchen had microwave and toster, so it was fine. Also, we had a small issue with the pin number for the apartment doors which we did not receive with other pin numbers, but the lady we had as a contact person was sooo nice and helped us immediately. Very nice service!

Pros: Close to markets, the area is quiet. Once arrived, I felt that this apartment is very comfy - for sure it was the whole week! Easy to reach center of Larnaca within 30 minutes walk. Staff helped with every question, fast and professionally.

Pros: Amazing stay! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. Great location, quick check-in, and wonderful hospitality. If we had to mention one thing, Thank you, Urbanica, for a pleasant and welcoming stay! 🌟

Cons: keypad was a bit confusing at first, but the team responded immediately and helped us solve it. the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit stronger while sitting in the porch signal is gone. And Extra blanket could help.

Pros: The property was really clean and the instructions made it clear and simple to enter. There was a bottle of water in the fridge which was appreciated after a ling day of travel. The aircon worked almost too well. The shower and ablutions were clean. Wifi was strong. The bed was comfy and the pillows were memory foam

Cons: I have a very simple solution to issue. I stayed in 204 which is at the same height as the street lights. Which meant at night the room was fairly bright. The solution i used is a sleep mask. Costs almost nothing and completely negates the light.

Pros: We stayed in apt 204 which was really spacious, clean, and well equipped. It takes a 20 min walk to nearest beach Finikoudes, but that was okay for us because we spent our time mostly on Agia Napa beaches. Apartments have a washing mashine and ironing facilities in a separate shared room, which was really helpful! Great communication with the stuff

Cons: The only thing we missed was a stovetop and cookware, but everything else was great!

Schöner Kurzurlaub hinter dem Radisson Blu in Larnaka !

Pros: Da die Unterkunft in einem Mischgebiet liegt, war man schnell in den wichtigsten Geschäften / Supermärkten. Ein sehr gutes Backhaus erreicht man nach 2 min. zu Fuß. Das touristische Zentrum (Strandpromenade, Altstadt) ist nach 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

Cons: Durch die kurzfristige Buchung erreichten uns die Zugangsinformationen nicht rechtzeitig und es war relativ aufwendig alle Zugangscodes für Haustür, Schlüsselbox und Parkplatz zu erlangen. Die zufällig anwesende Servicekraft hat uns sehr geholfen.

Pros: Obiekt bardzo czysty. Właściciel udostępnił przejściówki do kontaktów.

Cons: Obiekt dość daleko od plaży, trzeba iść 30 minut jak również do restauracji

Pros: הדירה, העיצוב, חניה, בניין חדש , מענה ממש מהיר מהבעלים

Cons: מיקום, קצת רחוק ממרכז העיר והחופים כחצי שעה הליכה, בקיץ זה יכול להיות קשה , לדעתי הדירה טובה למי שיש רכב יש גם חניה פרטית לכל דירה
