Overall, a pleasant stay in a modern apartment with good communication from the host, but winter comfort could be improv

Pros: The accommodation is modern and recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and the apartment had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay.

Cons: There is no balcony, and the apartment felt quite humid. The air conditioning did not heat properly during the night, which can be uncomfortable in winter, especially for guests who prefer warmer temperatures. Some furnishings show signs of wear despite the renovation.

Great for families

Pros: The apartment is in a good location, close to shops and restaurants. Approximately 4 minutes from the beach. Apartment is spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the street. Good facilities for families and instant hot water for showers during the winter months. Nice comfy beds.

Cons: Entrance to apartment building at night is dark. Needs more lighting in the first corridor. Not easy to find street parking near the apartment

Pros: Excellent location. Everything was clean, beautiful and tidy. Communication with the host ok.

Pros: The location was absolutely great, 5 minutes from the beach, in the city center and close to shops. When we arrived at the accommodation, we were welcomed by clean rooms; the apartment was fully equipped, with a beautiful balcony, a kitchenette, and nice rooms. Everything smelled wonderful.

Cons: We liked everything; maybe in the future we would appreciate a small shower gel and shampoo, but that’s just a minor detail.

Pros: Very beautifull place, fully furnished and clean. Close to the centre and to the beach.

Nice apartment in Larnaca

Pros: Nice apartment with 2 bedroms and confy bads. Nice size living room with a high table, high chair and a nice sofa.

Cons: A little bit noisy in the erarly morning.

A conveniently located flat 5 mins walk away from the beach

Pros: The location of the property is amazing, and only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Many shops around the area and everything is within walkable distance. The facilities at the room were adequate for our 2 night stay and very quaint and comfortable to stay in as well. Management team are very responsive and keen to offer any support should you need it.

Cons: The building itself is very old and the lift was hit and miss when we arrived, so be prepared to haul suitcases up the stairs if the lift is not working.

Pretty good apartment, nice location.

Pros: The apartment location is very good. 5 min walk from the Finikoudes beach. Variety of nearby shops, cafes and restaurants is excellent. The apartment was pretty clean and very comfortable. The one I`ve rented has - one normal size living room with kitchenette and big TV, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and space for clothes. All rooms has it`s separate AC units which were also new and working perfectly. Kitchenette has a normal size fridge, microwave, coffee machine and oven(though not sure if it is required in such area). Variety of kitchen utensils was also available. Big plus was a pretty big balcony with access both from living room and master bedroom. Brand new Iron was available, based on our request (thanks to the host).

Cons: Construction noise next door starting from 8am. (I understand the landlord can do nothing with this and it is not his shortfall just FYI) From another side it was good, it makes you wake up early and go to beach :). Noise coming from outdoor Hookah bar right under the apartment. Though to be honest if you close the doors and windows noise becomes less annoying. Pretty big number of ants all around the apartment, though I can leave with it. Surprisingly No clothes drier were available. People are coming to seaside they need to have some place to dry their swimming clothes, towels etc. During the period I lived there WiFi was not working at all. After informing the host, though they promised to deal with the issue, during 5 nights it was not fixed. Alternatively I was offered to connect to neighbor rooms Wi-Fi. It was working but not covering entire apartment. Before arrival I have asked if they can provide beach towels. My request was accepted and confirmed that we will have it upon arrival. Unfortunately we have not received it . On my following request I was answered that they do not provide beach towels. After stating that they have promised to provide the contact person says that they will do an exception and caretaker will deliver it. After 3 requests I got tired of it and decide to buy my own towels as it seems like every time you talk to different person and have to tell the whole story from the beginning. I appreciate they may not have it, but in that case why they said that will provide it? Not looking serious.

our new favorite place to stay!

Pros: It's our second stay with them in less than 6 months and not our last. Super helpful host, very clean and modern room, very comfortable bed with top notch amenities. All modern, and really good quality. Location is ideal, 4 mins walk to the beach and very close to shops, markets and restaurants.

Cons: everything was great.
