Lazuli City & Seaview Apartments

Great location and helpful host

Pros: The host was incredibly supportive and helpful. We had an early flight, and she kindly kept our luggage until the room was ready, which we really appreciated. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and encouraged us to reach out if we needed any assistance. The location is fantastic — very close to the beach and all the main attractions. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth, and there is a functional elevator (which was very helpful as the room is on the 4th floor). Also, there was a wide range of TV channels available from many countries and the kitchen area was well equiped for those interested in cooking.

Cons: The room (Apartment 7B) was unfortunately much smaller than expected. There was a constant damp and mouldy smell throughout our stay, which made the space feel uncomfortable. The bathroom has no window and only a very small fan, which seemed insufficient, and there was a noticeable drain/pipe odour all the time. The shower doors were not functioning properly and would benefit from maintenance or renovation. Although a dehumidifier was provided, it did not significantly improve the humidity levels. We stayed in February during a few rainy days, which may have contributed, but the room still felt very humid despite frequently keeping the balcony door open. Noise insulation was also an issue. There was considerable noise from outside even with the balcony doors closed, and sounds from the room across the hallway were clearly audible, suggesting limited soundproofing. Overall, the property has potential, but improvements in ventilation, maintenance, and sound insulation would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

Great option in the center of the city

Pros: The location is good, in the old part of the town. The staff is always available for any question, which is great. The apartment was big enough for two people and also had a small balcony. There is an elevator in the building. Everything was clean. We arrived several hours before check-in and there was an option to leave the luggage earlier in the room and the same after check-out.

Cons: The bed was too soft for us, but I think it's very individual thing. There was too much noise in the neighborhood at night and the windows don't have sound insulation.

Pros: Perfect choice for a stay in Larnaca! The apartment was cozy, stylish, and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, and the welcome gift (wine and sweets) was a beautiful touch. The staff is very friendly and professional. They even let us leave our bags until 3 PM after checking out at 11 AM, which we really appreciated. 🙂

Great apartment for short orn longer stay

Pros: Tastefully designed apartment, fully equipped kitchen, great air-conditioning, location right in the center, easy selfcheckin

Cons: All was fine

Pros: We stayed for three nights. Lovely little apartment. Comfortable and well equipped. We were greeted with wine, cookies and a bottle of water, which is wonderful considering that we arrived at 1AM. They provided us with a taxi from the airport at a good price. The support is fantastic. They answer your questions immediately and give you advice. The location is extra. Everything is close, the sea, restaurants, bakeries... Thanks again to the Lazuli team 😊

Cons: the bed was a little soft, but still comfortable. The air conditioner heated well, but the walls were cold, so it takes a little time to warm up the apartment.

A comfortable and well-located stay, with a few small touches that could make it even better

Pros: We had a nice stay at Lazuli City & Seaview Apartments. The location is good and convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the room size might feel a bit small for some people. Also, there were only two coffee pods provided — it would be nice if a few extra were available. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Highly recommend

Pros: Amazing location, just minutes away from the beach, a couple of 24/7 stores within 3 minute walk, apartment is cozy and has everything you might need, the self check in is super chill and clear, very good parking is literally across the street from the entrance. My second stay with them, I’ll definitely be back!

Cons: Sofa bed wos not very clean

Pros: The apartment is located 5 minutes from the sea in an area with restaurants and shops, the bed was very comfortable, and the host provided all the information we needed. We are especially grateful that we were allowed an early check-in.

Good location comfortable room

Pros: It was in a good location, clean and well maintained. Lot of restaurants and nightlife

Cons: The was extensive road works going on in the area when we were there, so noisey and lots of restrictions. The premises on the outside do not look great but the rooms were fine.
