This place has it all

Pros: Stayed here before, no regrets :) Very good location, lots of space, lovely balcony, comfort, equipment - everything is on a very high level. Easy communication with the landlord. Surely a 10!

Cons: Not the owner's fault, as the apartment is far away from busy streets, but Larnaca has an increasing problem with extremely noisy motorbikes. This is going on the whole night. Had to get earplugs in the end (I am a light sleeper). Again, not the owner's fault, but the city council should do something about it - unfortunately, law enforcement doesn't seem to be high on their list.

Pros: Spacious and well equipped apartment on excellent location in the centre of Larnaca. Very kind hosts. Super easy check in, comfortable beds, just perfect.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Pros: Excellent. Clean, great location and facilities, and I really appreciated the quick response and support with any questions. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Comfy apartment in a great location.

Pros: Wonderful apartment in a great location very close to Finikoudes. It really has everything. The place is spacious, kitchen was well-equipped, it was also nice to have a balcony. Very attentive management, very quick in responding.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the somehow strange storage of stuff under the mattress in the master bedroom. I found that a little weird ... Bed was comfy though. Also, a small piece of soap would be nice to have on arrival (there was plenty of toilet paper and also tissues).

Apartament city centered, near the beach, very clean and comfortable

Pros: The apartament was city centered, near the beach, near the center city bus station and bus station Finikoudes, very clean and comfortable, completily utilised with vessel and electronical devices ( washing machine for vessels, washing machine etc.). The comunucation with the owner was very clear. He responded very quickly and solved all the requests. The apartament has 3 AC and 2 balconys. We will come back with pleasure!

Great location, wonderful time

Pros: The location is great, close to the beach, the bus stop, luggage store and many restaurants. The key safebox is located outside the building, not on the 4 th floor, there is another apartment with the safebox near its door. I highly recommend the sunset cruise and souvlaki.gr. We have had a lovely time in Larnaca and also in Nicosia and Ayia Napa, by bus. The apartment has all the ammenities, we have also cooked a nice omelet, having all necessary utensils. It is a perfect choice for Larnaca.

Cons: Satellite television oriented only for arabian, Russian and chinese programs. Also the remote bulb for the satellite was hidden behind the couch. Bear in mind You have to bring adaptor for the plugs and switch on the plugs for oven and Air condition

Pros: Prime location, spacious apartment, all essential amenities are available. I will definitely come back when visiting Larnaca!

Cons: The sheets in the single room were stained and the couch in the living room was stained too.
