Pros: The place has everything one needs for a one-week stay or longer, it's very well-equipped and all the devices work. The location is perfect in terms of accessing the beach, the main streets, the bus station/stops and the landmarks. The host, Elias, is flexible as to the check-in and check-out time and is very responsive. The value for money is very, very good (at least given the price in January), and if you travel as a group of three, it's even better.

Cons: The place can be noisy in the evening/at night - but that's what one can expect when living in the very centre of a lively town. The air-conditioning (which we used to for heating) is noisy. The apartment could also be more clean and it's bit difficult to let some fresh air in.

Great location

Pros: Perfect location and great host, always available. The apartment was very bright even if the building was not.

Cons: unfortunatly the elevator didnt work on arrival and the building is very old but thats nothing to do with the host obviously.

Cons:
