The Cozy Seaside Retreat

Pros: Spacious apartment in a good location, decently furnished, aircon with a heating function in every room, large balcony. Close to the beach.

Cons: The town is currently undergoing a lot of construction, including some in the building the apartment is at. This meant some noise throughout the day. Not in any way a fault of the host but something to be mindful of. Hand soap, dish washing fluid containers were basically empty, we also failed to find any tabs/powder for the dishwasher. Windows were a bit dirty.

Pros: Nice big apartmant. Near walking street . Grocery store nearby.parking in front on the street.all there that u need fir cooking

Pros: We had a great stay at this accommodation. The place was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. Everything was well-organized, and we felt comfortable throughout. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Nice VFM in larnaca

Pros: Very large apartment equiped with everything good for 2-4 pax.

Cons: need to know that it is 10 minutes from the sea of course it is wrriten but still very hot in cyprus

Great experience

Pros: Spacious with great location. We loved our stay at the flat and had a great and easy check in and check out experience. It is a 5min walk to the beach.

Cons: There is building work on the street behind so it could get loud early in the morning and dust would go in the flat

Pros: The place is spacious well located everything was at hand home from home.

Cons: The road works but that will finish in next few weeks ,and the entrance has to be explained clearly on the correct road.

Spacious apartment in the nice location

Pros: The location of apartment is perfect. Right in city centre, few minutes walking to a lot of restaurants, supermarket, to very beautiful and clean beach. The apartment is very bright, with a lot of light. Also size of apartment is definitely big plus. It is really huge! It was four of us and was very comfortable for everyone. Kitchen had everything - microwave, dishwasher with capsules, washing machine. To rooms with huge wardrobes to store the stuff. It is 4 air conditioners in the apartment!! In each room and two in living room, which was awesome!! You will feel excellent during hot weather! On TV you can connect to YouTube and others app. Beddings and towels were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to check in and check out, we just pick up and left our keys at entrance with special code. Overall apartment was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: It was not clean enough, walls need to be repainted. There is balcony but you can't use it, it is very dusty, because of the road works. When we were there is was road works on street, so every day from 6am till late in the evening it was super noisy. (It was September) Not enough plates, cups for 4 people and they were dirty. So we had to clean them all before. Also it was just dirty old sponge for dishes so we had to run and buy new one. There was no soap for hands. Broken drying rack. Also, we received the message that owner will come to check the apartment. When I asked what time we can expect him, they replied that they don't know - anytime during the day, but if we are not at home he can enter by himself. I replied that we have our stuff there and I don't want anyone to enter apartment, while we are not there. But at the same time it is weird to sit at home from the morning till the evening to wait for owner while we are on holiday. In the end he didn't come.

Odličan smještaj i lokacija

Pros: Lokacija objekta je odlična. Sve je blizu. Stan je veliki i ima sve što je potrebno pogotovo ako neko ostaje duže (fen, pegla, mašina za veš, mašina za suđe itd.) Takođe, u stanu se nalaze i dodaci za utičnice kako biste mogli da koristite/punite naše uređaje sa dva ulaza. Mi smo bile samo tri noći i sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Stigle smo posle ponoći i bez problema smo ušle u stan. Instrukcije su bile jasne i komunikacija je bila izvrsna. Odmah su odgovarali na poruke. Adresa apartmana koja piše na Bookingu nije ista kao ona koju vam pošalju kad se prijavljujete, ali to je zapravo samo zato što je ulaz sa druge strane. Stan za velikim balkonom gleda na Ermou ulicu, tako da je to to. Bez brige.

Cons: Možda samo mala preporuka da ostavite bar 1l flaširane vode kao dobrodošlicu, pogotovo ako neko dolazi kasno i nema gdje da kupi, jer naravno prodavnice ne rade u to vrijeme. To je samo preporuka. :)

Cons: יש שיפוצים בבניינים הצמודים ויש קצת רעש אבל לא נורא. There are renovations in the neighboring buildings, so there’s a bit of noise, but it’s not too bad.
