Luxury Apartment

Spacious apartment near all the major sights

Pros: Extensive roadworks in the centre of Larnaka made getting to the apartment a lengthy and frustrating process, but when we finally reached it we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was big and had absolutely everything we needed. We found a parking space right by the front door and it was a 7-8 minute walk to the seafront promenade.

Cons: Better instructions on how to negotiate the roadworks would have been welcome.

a nice holiday

Pros: A spacious apartment with generous amenities, quiet, in a block close to the beach and promenade with restaurants (about 5 minutes walk). Mr. Sol is a very kind host and available for support and information. The description on booking.com is accurate and provides correct information.

Cons: There are some street works and some buildings under construction in the area, which are not noisy because there is not much work going on, but they do not offer a nice view. Fortunately we were not interested in admiring the surroundings from the balcony, and the areas of interest - the boulevard with the seafront and restaurants - are a few minutes walk away, which was wonderful.

We came to Larnaca for the marathon and stay a few days to see a little of Cyprus

Pros: The apartment was ideally situated for the town and the beach. The bus stop to Limassol and Nicosia was only 5 minutes walk away too

Great apartment for your stay

Pros: The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. Walking around the neighbourhood was simple once you got your bearings. Close to good food, shopping and the beach. Excellent cooking facilities in the apartment - but why would you ? You're on holidays ! I would certainly stay there again. Make sure you get a local map to find your way around as walking in the local area is much easier than transport due to all the one way streets.

Cons: There weren't really any negatives in the property. It provided what we required in our stay. There was a small issue in the bathroom, that I pointed out to the owner and he advised he would rectify.

Central location - Great apartment

Pros: The location is very central and you can walk to everything in less than 10 mins

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Pros: Location was good for the beach. The apartment was good but landing a bit crowded.Somtimes nosey.

Cons: Sometime nosey.

A nice big apartment in Larnaca

Pros: A nice apartment, very spacious, located conveniently, close to stores, bakeries and a short walk to the sea. The host was very responsive and helpful with any advice or questions. Recommended both for short or longer stay.

Great location, clean apartment.

Pros: The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach, and the area is quiet.

Cons: I liked all

Tasteful decorated condo - a harmonious stay

Pros: Our host Sol was very responsive to our needs and we´ve met him for a longer chat about the culture and specificities of the area. The contact was very cordial and direct which we appreciated. The place was located about 8 min walking distance to the beach area, which shielded us from all the noise at the beach. We like the decoration in the condo. The TV was of a decent size and the 2 couches were comfortable and relaxing after a day of hiking.

Cons: There wasn´t really anything to mention here.

Pros: Мы в восторге. Есть все необходимые . Удобное место расположения, рядом магазины. Хозяин апартаментов очень приятный и отзывчивый человек.
