Pros: Location, size of apartment, good WiFi connection, communication with service provider

Cons: Sometimes it could be very noisy outside at night, but can't complain a lot , it's the town centre

Good place to stay with the potential to be great.

Pros: A good size apartment for 1-2 people, located in Larnaca city centre close to shops, minimart, restaurants, car rental outlets, just about everything you would need, and Finikoudes Beach within 500m. I spent 5 reasonably comfortable nights here. Highlights of this place - location, size, very reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, adequately furnished for a short stay, and the remote customer service was prompt and excellent! — their responses were almost always immediate — e.g. I asked for kitchen towels/cloth and they were delivered the very next morning. I can never understand accommodations with a full kitchen but not a single kitchen towel, strainer or dish and table cloth in sight - like what do you expect one to use to wipe down the counter tops or dishes after a meal for example. These things should be common sense I think but that’s a discussion for another time.

Cons: With all that working in its favour, it has the potential to be great, if only they worked on a few things. If I may offer a few suggestions: 1) The sofa should be replaced. The current one is threadbare. 2) Same for the pillows. 3) The glass/acryllic panel on one of the sliding doors to the shower stall had clearly broken and they didn’t bother to replace it. They should. It was a good thing I realised the glass was missing before I took a shower and wet the entire bathroom floor! 4) Always have kitchen towels, dish cloth, table cloth at the ready without needing to be asked. A dish strainer would be useful too. 5) A few optionals that might add a touch of care: Box of tissues and shower gel perhaps, maybe even shampoo if you want to go for the gold! 😁

Pros: The location was great, near the center and the beach, by foot in 5min. The stuff was really responsive, always there in just few minutes, which is really helpful. The apartment is spacious with everything you might need. Cleaning ok.

Cons: The issue with hot water was constant, though they really tried to help, even the electrician came and changed the hot water booster switch, but still we had hot water only for few hours during our whole stay. The noise from the street is really loud at night till early morning, but windows are great, so you just need to keep them closed.

Great option, new, very good value for money

Pros: Location is amazing 5 min from sea, value for money is amazing, new flat, everything looks like on the photo, host replies quickly

Pros: The property was comfortable and clean. It’s a good position in city center of Larnaca near the sea. There wasn’t noises in the night and we slept well.

Cons: Unfortunately we had any problems with the shower. We have reported these problems to the host, but he couldn’t solve it right. The technician gave us the instructions to resolve the problems, but it was so hard for us. Wee believe that a new property to need smart system to avoid causing problems to guests.

Perfect

Pros: Everything was clean,everything was so modern, we had a very good time everything was perfect. The host were so gentle and they gave us all the details about the apartment or anything else. They were so polite in our communication.

Pros: The location is perfect in the center of larnaca and you can go everywhere by foot , and rea h any shop very fast

Cons: Shampoo was missing

The apartment is near the sea but in a quieter area, perfect for relaxation!

Pros: Staying in the apartment was a very pleasant experience. Every detail has been carefully chosen to enhance the comfort of guests. The modern setup includes all the necessary amenities, and the location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk to catch a bus or taxi.

Pros: The apartment is in walking distance to the center of Larnaca, it is comfortable and spacious, perfect for a short weekend stay.

Cons: There are no instructions on how to operate the water heater which can get quite frustrating. We asked how to turn on the hot water the next day and the host responded fast, but it would be very very useful to include instructions about how to turn on the water heater to have a more enjoyable stay.

Pros: Everything is good, location, they respond on every question you have.
