Marias Apartment - in city centre

Enough good

Pros: Location is close to the beach, just about 10 min walk from the beach. There is not far away supermarket with very good prices. Apartment is in quiet street, but enough close to the all needed places

Cons: Building is not very clean (there is many dust in corridors) and the entrance to the building is dark, so we have used the flashlight on the phone to open box with key. However nothing which I can not live with this price of accommodation.

Great stay, perfect location!

Pros: We had a great stay at Marias Apartment. The apartment has everything you may need during your travel, and it is at a really good location within Larnaca, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops. We would recommend to anyone!

6 minute walk to the beach and comfortable bed!

Pros: The host responded promptly to my messages, was communicative and helpful. A complimentary bottle of water and a sweet was also provided which was a nice touch. The studio apartment was spotless and looks like it was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The property is only a short walk to the beach and st Lazarus church and local cafes and brunch places. I enjoyed my stay and would book Maria's studio again.

Pros: Great localization near the beach and bus stops. The apartment is well equipped, and the bed is really comfortable. Good recommendation :D

Pros: I liked the apartment,it was clean and modernly decorated. Perfect!

Cons: I didn't like the outside, the building was kind of old and it had a bad smell at the stairs and at the entrance. I would suggest if someone will do some maintenance sometime. But the apartment inside is perfect.

Pros: Very nice apartment, and had all amenities. Located quite close to the seafront so was easy to go out and also to catch buses from there to reach other destinations.

Cons: The building is not the nicest and the balcony door doesn't lock, but apart from that it was great!

Pros: Good location, clean and cosy apartment, friendly host. Thank you for everything! Would definitely stay again

Pros: The apartment itself is very nice and clean and has all the basic stuff you need for basic cooking and living. There's also a washing machine or things for ironing! And we just loved the big and comfy bed. It would be nice to put a lamp and a little table next to it...

Cons: The main problem here is the building where the apartment is located. It's a little dirty and chaotic. A lot of reparations were going on from early morning when we stayed here. But I think it makes sense according to the price.
