City Rendezvous One Bedroom Flat

Pros: Excellently located, a maximum 10-minute walk to the Finikoudes beach and the promenade area. There are plenty of shops and stores around, just needs a bit of exploring. The local market, St. Lazarus church and many restaurants, local taverns and take-aways are also close. Close to the airport and to the bus stations. The welcome package (wine, fresh fruits and water) is a very nice touch, as well as the beach towels and accessories. The apartment is cosy, nicely furnished and well equipped. The entrance in the building might seem a bit dark and univiting, but it's safe. It can get a bit noisy at night if the windows are opened as there's a bus station right in front of the building and a crowded street.

Cons: Cleaning could be more thoroughly cared for, the AC units had dust on them, the shower walls and battery had water stains and little ants appeared around the kitchen sink and in the bathroom (probably because the windows were opening towards the building plumbing).

Comfortable, simple and tasteful apartment

Pros: Frankly, a perfect apartment in Larnaca - close walk to shops and restaurants along the beach, a few floors up, nice sunny balcony, airy and comfortable living room, perfect bedroom. Kitchen is good, bathroom spotless and new. The whole place is just welcoming, simple but tasteful, and a place you're happy to hang out in.

Cons: The entrance to the apartment complex passes through some semi-abandoned-looking businesses. It looks slightly sketchy but don't be fooled - everything is safe and easy, and the apartment itself is very good.

Amazing! Will be back

Pros: Had heaps of space, was super clean and comfortable and felt like home! The location was so perfect with the beach right next door and lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by.

Best apartment to stay in Larnaca

Pros: The apartment is spacious and clean. You can find everything you need in it. The location is perfect. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome package the owner has prepared for us. Also they were always keeping in touch with us during the stay. I would recommend this apartment to all of my friends when they visit Larnaca. 10/10!!

Exquisite Apartment, Exceptional Host!

Pros: We found ourselves torn between venturing out to the nearby beach and shops or simply indulging in the sheer comfort of the apartment. There were moments when we almost forgot we were on vacation, as the space was so inviting that staying in felt like the ultimate relaxation.

Very good place to stay in Larnaka and nice owners!

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It has spacious living room, kitchen annex, comfy bedroom. The bathroom is rather small and the door doesn't work properly but it has no impact to your comfort. There was a nice surprise at our arrival: a bottle of local, tasty wine and plate of fruits. We also liked the location, very close to bus stops, beach and city center.

Cons: It could be a bit noisy cause of the main street so sitting on the balcony is not pleasure. On the other hand, there is side view on the sea and you can observe street life ;-)

Pros: Приятные апартаменты и просто чудесные хозяева! Заселение было простым и быстрым, сама квартира оказалась уютной и чистой. Отдельное спасибо за презент в виде бутылки вина и фруктов! Расположение хорошее, рядом набережная, центр города и несколько милых кафе и ресторанов.

Cons: Немного смутил сам дом, где расположена квартира, и его входная группа. Лифт устаревший и мы так и не решились им воспользоваться. Местные жители нам подсказали, что этот район не самый благополучный, но у нас с этим не было никаких проблем. Все были дружелюбные и открытые :)
