If you get a good price, its a good night's sleep

Pros: Location is very convenient, close to the beach, close to the bus station and nearby the night life area. Apartment is well equipped, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, the bottle of water in the fridge was a memorable nice touch also. In house water heater means you can take warm showers and wash the dishes with ease. Kitchen basics, such as sponges, dish washing liquid, salt and shower gel is provided.

Cons: Maybe I'm too much used to staying in hotels, but it would be nice to have the bathmat or towels replaced and the floor cleaned once in a while. In the fineprint I saw a €50 mid-stay cleaning / plus additional bed linen replacement fee, which would be shocking. I stayed only the weekend so it doesn't apply to me, but for a week vacation or more, something to think about. The apartment itself feels like going in a cave, its stone, cold and dark, sterile. It's clean and adequate, don't get me wrong, even the bed was nice, but it's not a place you'd like to spend any more time than you absolutely need to and certainly not a place you'd hang out, or have a drink with some friends.

Good location for beach, bars and food.

Pros: The location is good for the beach, shops, bars, food, public transport etc. I asked for a replacement cover for the ironing board which was delivered within a couple of hours. The interaction with the manager of the apartments, William, was excellent.

Cons: The building lift was extremely slow but being on the mezzanine it was easy to access via stairs. The street light entering between the gaps in the blinds needs to be looked at and improved. There was some noise from local vehicles but city centre locations you have to accept.

Pros: Very close to the beach. Clean. Utilated kitchen. For those travelling to the airport or to other places by bus, the central bus station is only 200m away

Cons: Everything is fine. Some people could miss a coffee machine, but Cypriot coffee is excellent, so you do not really miss it

Value for money

Pros: Clean, well-maintained room, right in the city center, close to everything you need, full value for money.

Cons: Just fix the room key ring, haha, prickly, the host will understand

Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, good value for money. We highly recommend it.

Cons: We drink a lot of coffee and there was no coffee machine.
